Fast, Professional and Good Rates! I have used Viper Plumbing twice in the past few months. The first time I used them was when I first moved into my home. It is an older home and had been sitting empty for a few months and almost every faucet in and outside the house was leaking. They fixed everything in under 4 hours. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable they were and how quickly they got everything done. So when my house sprung another leak a few months later, I called them again and received excellent service. I highly recommend them!

Very glad to have found a good, reputable and honest plumber! They came and fixed a tankless water heater problem and two bathroom sink faucets. They were honest and upfront about the situation, not trying to upsell me something I don't need right now (which would have been very easy to do in our situation). I will definitely use Viper in the future, highly recommend.

On time, Professional, Clean, Fair Pricing, Mobile Credit Card Processing. I had a double kitchen sink that would not drain out of either side. Called the Viper Plumbing @ 1:45pm and was advised that they were booked during regular business hours all the way out until next week. So I then asked about after hours service and pricing. I was informed that they could have a plumber at my home the same day but after 6pm. The after hours pricing was a little more than the regular business hours price, but I thought the price was still good for the same day after hours service that I would be getting. At 5:59pm on the dot I get a call from Tom at Viper Plumbing saying that he will be to my home in 15 minutes. Tom pulls up in a really cool looking red work van that is completely wrapped with the company graphics on it. He comes in and snakes the kitchen drain and pulls out bits of potatoe skins... I ask my wife and mother in law if they had any knowledge of any potatoes in the garbage disposal. They reply ""Oh yeah some Sweet Potatoes from the other day"".... Tom finishes up with his equipment, put my pipes under the sink back together, and cleans up the area.. I asked him if I needed to go get some towels but he said he brought some and pointed to an entire box of industrial cleaning towels that he had next to his equipment. I'm impressed! Job is finished now it's time to pay.. I am paying by Credit Card and Tom has me covered with up to date technology. He whips out his square cc reader and swipes my card and I sign the screen! None of that ""let me write your credit card number down and process it when I get back to the office"" business here!

WOW!!! I tried to do a home improvement job myself. My toilet had been leaking forever, and I thought I could handle it. I know- huge mistake!! I pulled up my handy YELP and searched for a plumber nearby. I was lucky that Viper Plumbing showed up with great reviews, and they were only 4.3 miles away - not bad!!! I called and the girl I talked to was super courteous and attentive to my problem. She said she would get information for me and was very timely with her return call. She gave me a quote for them to bring a new toilet out and do the installation. The price was more than I really wanted to spend, so she had me hold for a second and then offered a alternative for me. She talked to one of the people and said they might be able to fix instead of replace my toilet for much less. She scheduled me for the next day and we were set. Just a few minutes later she called back and had a cancellation and had a plumber available. Thomas Jade came out and not only fixed my problem, but replaced everything inside my tank in less than an hour. I now have a plumber that I will be using forever. I highly recommend Viper to anyone who wants to deal with courteous people, timely scheduling, excellent service, and reasonable prices.

We have used Viper Plumbing for several years now, and I can't even count how many times they've worked for us. The very first time we called them was to come out for an emergency repair on the weekend to fix a mistake that another company had made. From the very first time we used them until now, they have been nothing but professional, hard working, fast, and very good. They always fix things the right way the first time. I always recommend them whole-heartedly to family, friends, and neighbors. The price is always fair, and the work is well worth the money.

I hired viper plumbing on three separate occasions. The first time for a slab leak reroute. Tom punched 10 holes in my wall to find the manifold, we had to pay a separate contractor to repair the damage done. The second time I called him out was for attaching a recirculating pump that would allow hot water more readily in the far bathrooms. At the time of this install , Tom performed the job he was paid to do perfectly. However, he did not mention that adding a recirculating pump would lock our system into having a 50 or 75 gallon tank for the distant future. The third time I called him out was for a clog in the bathroom line, after he snaked the line, supposedly, The clog persisted, and we need to hire a separate plumber to snake the line again. That time solved the problem.
Now I've asked for a quote to get a tankless water heater installed, and he refuses to help. He tells me now that the recirculating pump precluded me having a tankless water heater. This information would have been useful before the expensive project started.
I am very disappointed, viper plumbing seemed like the best business to work with, especially with so many shady contractors in the area. Unfortunately, the sad truth is, Viper plumbing is just another one.

OMG! There's a reason Vipers are named what they are... They strike quick and with extreme precision. We had basic plumbing issues, including outside and inside bathroom faucet hookups. Viper was out the next day, hooked us up and fixed the spigot problem, even looked at a few other internal plumbing issues with great suggestions. Cost 1/3 other (read CODY) price quotes and we are so happy with results! Highly recommended, look no further, will call on them the next time for our new house! Thank you!
