Originally called USA plumbing and a Viper truck showed up, when asked about it he said they changed their name. I had sewer issues and all he did was put the snake through sewer and said he can't use a camera because of the way the sewer line was. While he was there I asked about outside water spicket. After cutting 3 holes in my wall and ONLY putting a
Plastic patch on one, he said it would be easier to patch the one behind the water heater when it is replaced. I had to put a piece of cardboard on it right now. While he was there the sewer worked but after he left it started backing up again. They say they are a 24/7 company but when called 3 times on Sunday, never received a return call. Called again on Monday and he called back 1/2 hour later. When he came back to fix again, he said he will have to dig up front lawn if what he does again does not work. All he did was repeat what he did originally. Again, after he left it backed up again. Rather then call him again, I called someone else that actually fixed the problem while using a camera and was cheaper. DO NOT USE Viper!!!! They will ruin your house and charge more then anyone else.
