We had roots in our sewer line. I sent VIP a message and asked a few questions about Hydro-Jetting. Nick was very responsive and said he could send someone out within the hour. Miguel arrived, assessed the damaged and performed the hydro-jetting. He recommended lining the pipe with epoxy to prevent the roots from getting into the pipes going forward. He gave us a cost, which was much more reasonable than other estimates received, and said they could be back out the next day to complete the job. As scheduled, they completed the job the next day. Miguel was extremely prompt and professional. I will absolutely call VIP for any future plumbing needs. They were amazing!!

Matt (service manager) was quick to follow-up and was able to fit us in within the same day. Their prices were VERY reasonable (trust me, I called around). One of our patio drains has been draining slowly and with all the rain over the past few months, it finally stopped draining due to debris from all the trees (leaves) surrounding our patio. Miguel from their team ended up hydro jetting both of our patio drains for literally half the price of one plumbing company was going to charge me for one drain. Another was gonna charge for assessment fee ONLY, and will not credit towards the work. VIP was reasonably priced and very professional; they also even cleaned up the debris that got into our neighbor's patio. Definitely using them again for any plumbing issues in the (hopefully distant) future. Definitely highly recommend!

I had an issue with a toilet clog and called VIP to see if they could assist. They were super friendly over the phone. They came out 2 hours after the phone call! I've never had that happen before. They were able to come out, repair the issue and do it at a reasonable price.

I always take Yelp reviews with a grain of salt, but in this case the reviews are correct for VIP Sewer and Drain Services. From the beginning to end I received great customer service. The techs that came to my house for hydro jetting were thorough, knowledgeable, and most important trustworthy. I also had them fix an issue with my sink. My total cost was much less then other companies had estimated. I will definitely be using VIP again in the future.

VIP came out within 30 minutes and cleaned the drain from my kitchen sink. Found it was mostly a grease blockage. VIP recommended that I do a hydrojet clean to get all the grease cleaned from the outside, but I declined as I wanted to see it the problem would return. If it does, i will be sure to contact VIP. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Great service.

Once again we called VIP Sewer and Drain to hydro jet the kitchen drain/ disposal. Nick and Jesus worked quickly and very efficiently to clear out the sludge and open up the flow.
