Best company I've ever worked with. After an expensive plumbing experience from a different company where I felt taken advantage of because of the emergent situation, I happened to see one of the VIP trucks out on a job. I wanted to talk to the technician about my own experience. Although I can't remember his name, he was very amicable and knowledgeable of other companies' unscrupulous practices. He told me all about VIP and how reasonable their pricing was compared to others.
I finally had a need to use a plumbing service for a hydro jetting of my kitchen line ( some 30 to 40 ft).
I immediately thought of VIP. They picked up right away when I called and promptly scheduled my service.
Miguel and Tyler showed up right on time! They were also very amicable.
The hydro jetting was completed with great care to my property. Miguel then used the camera to scope the line and inspect for any irregularities as I watched. Miguel pointed out some future recommendations without using scare tactics and creating alarm. He suggested a fix and gave me an estimate. VIP understands the homeowner's attachment to their home and shows a lot of respect for the customer and the property.
I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to have a reliable Go To for all your plumbing needs.
I especially encourage customers to take advantage of their Hydro Jetting special for maintaining their drains.

Called to get an estimate for an outside drainage installation project. They were very responsive but wanted to charge me $87 just to come out and give me an estimate for the work. Most businesses offer free estimates in an effort to earn your trust and work. I guess they think they are so good that you should pay them just to get the opportunity to work with them! Will definitely not be using them for this or any other project in the future!

This company is incredible! After dealing with so many different plumbing businesses over the years, we have finally found the one we can confidently work with. Nick and George fixed our issue with high quality equipment. We utilized the hydro jet service and they were able to knock out all the roots. We were able to see our house line through the camera all the way to the main sewer line to verify it was clear. They showed us where our pipe is broken and offset where the roots are able to grow in. They explained the permanent solution of installing a resin sleeve which they offer for a reasonable price and we plan on looking into. I highly recommend this company for their experience and trustworthiness.

We engaged VIP for hydrojetting of landscape drains.
After setting up a time, Matt the service manager contacted us to confirm and let us know they could come a day early.
Miguel and Tyler were our service providers and were great to work with on the project. They answered my questions, helped me understand how to address a few design issues, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job.

Used VIP for a kitchen sink clog. Tech did a good job of cleaning out the pipe as much as possible, but it is an old cast iron pipe that has a shape that is almost impossible to fully unclog. So, the pipe needs to be replaced with PVC for a long-term solution. Tech provided estimate as he said he would. Very efficient company with automated appointment reminders and professional staff.

Called VIP Sewer and Drain Services about water backup at my home in Newport Coast during the last round of major storms after another plumber came and was unable to help. They inspected my interior and exterior drain systems and performed a number of services. Started with Bryce using the camera to make sure my pipes and drains inside were sound. After surveying the drainage issues outside, he called in Nick and Jorge who came over within the hour to hydro jet all the yard drains and identify one that was clogged with a stubborn tree root. They came back in a couple days to dig it out and clear the pipe. It was very tough and took more time than they thought but stuck with the job until it got done. Came back again the next day to cover/clean everything up. When it was all finished, Nick stayed with the original quoted price which included the service call and hydro jetting. This type of work is not cheap, but the company's people have integrity and do a great job. Their knowledge and positive attitude was exactly what I needed. One of my neighbors saw them at my home and hired Nick to go over to clear a clogged drain in his yard. He just stopped by to tell me how much he appreciated the job they did for him as well. If you are having any kind of plumbing issues, you cannot go wrong with VIP Sewer and Drain Service- do yourself a favor and call them first!
