I called this company on a whim - my tankless water heater wasn't heating water properly, and the company I previously called didn't put much effort into diagnosing the problem (but were eager to try to sell me a new unit for $5000). Vince from VIP came to the house within an hour after I called, dug into diagnosing the problem, fixed it for the cost of a service call, and discouraged me from buying a new unit. I so appreciated his effort, and the heater seems to be fine now. Very happy customer!!
