I had a clogged drain that was causing water to back up in my kitchen and laundry room. I contacted Jose and he scheduled me in right away. Our toilet got clogged over the weekend and the plunger didn't work. I sent a request for a quote and Jose was the first to respond right away. He was very kind and gave me a really great flat rate fee. Within an hour or so he came and fixed my toilet fast! I would definitely recommend them!

They came out the same day to help fix a broken spigot. We had tried to fix it but made it worse and couldn't turn the water on until it was fixed. It took two guys to twist off the old corroded probably 40 year old spigot, one twisting the spigot the other holding the pipe on the back of the spigot. Well worth the money.

Jose showed expertise in his job. He walked me thru the process on how effective hydrojetting. My kitchen drain has been a problem for the past 2 weeks, and have gone through 2 plumbing specialists but we're not able to fix it. We had a section of our main drain that was made out of cast iron that had root intrusion. As a result we had frequent blockages. We were then left with two choices. 1) Do periodic hydro jet service to keep the pathway clear or 2) replace the cast iron pipe with ABS.

We chose #2 as we wanted to solve the problem once and for all.

Then we had to settle on a provider. My wife went to work and contacted several potential service providers. Ultimately, we selected VIP because they specialized in drain type problems, were responsive and offered a fair price.

But the end result is that they out performed and truly exceeded our expectations. They finished the job in one day vs the two that was originally quoted. The quality of the work was very high and the guys on the job were great!

Bottom line...this is an excellent company. They know their business and treat their customers with respect. Can't ask for more than that.
