My husband and I were upset to find our hot water heater completely failed us, the day after our vacations were over. Super corroded, leaking and 20 years old, the water heater was in desperate need of replacement. I sent out the SOS to a few businesses on yelp with good reviews early in the morning. Jose called me back within 30 minutes, even though the sun had not even risen yet. He accommodated my schedule, gave me a fair price and great warrnty and was able to install a new unit that same day. Many of the other businesses I contacted didn't get back to me until he was done with the job. He and his partner were extremely professional and explained everything throughout the process, (including what I DIDN'T need to do, or spend money on.) Jose and his assistant Jimmy were the best. Jose came out and gave me a fair assessment of my clogged kitchen line situation and we scheduled the work for the following day. Unfortunately I was going back and forth with my association and wound up canceling and then rescheduling him at the last minute when my HOA plumber couldn't make it.

Jose was courteous, professional and flexible even through all the back and forth and really saved me by coming out at the last minute (before my party) and clearing my line. It was a big job and took longer than he even thought but he gave me a very fair price and guaranteed the work.

I'm very impressed with VIP Plumbing & Repair because the owner was extremely prompt and professional to answer my questions and gave me a very competitive quote to replace my leaking water tank.

He came to my house on time and started work on time. He brought in additional staff to assist in removing the old and installing the new tank.

His price included all new water and gas lines and valves which made me feel much more secure knowing everything is code compliant.

Jose and Carlos just left . The service and professionalism of this crew is outstanding. I had a clogged kitchen sink , they cleared the clog in 10 minutes. Jose also informed of the reason for the frequent clogging of this particular sink. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them in the near future to Hydo- jet my kitchen drains .

Jose returned and Hydro -jetted my kitchen drain as it had continued to be clogged intermittently after the initial snaking thru the under sink piping . The Hydro jetting was done thru the pipe/ drain on my roof. It took about 30 minutes and the cost was reasonable, the service of Jose and his assistant is great. He explained everything that needed to be done and I am truly satisfied with his service.
