Wow First off let me say the customer service was exceptional. Jose answered all my questions, both my toilets at my business were clogged and he got the job done.

I was a little skeptical about hiring a company with very few reviews but I am so glad I did. I live in Riverside and own some duplex's in Santa Ana. Jose came out the next day and repaired my first problem he was very honest and provided pictures and updates threw out the day. He then discovered other issues and contacted me right away supplying photos and explaining what he recommended. As a female taking care of this issue I was nervous but he was Not a pushy guy trying to get you for something you don't need and charging you over the top. I felt completely comfortable. I could not get out there on Saturday to see the job completed so he did not cover the holes and trenches he had dug up he waited for me to go on Sunday so that I can see the work he had done. I was very impressed by this whole job and professionalism. I will definitely use him in the future and I highly recommend Jose and his workers.

Jose and his crew were prompt and professional. Jose took his time to educate me in my current plumbing fiasco, and gave me an immediate remedy for it. His work ethics are exactly what I look for when I need work done at my house. For instance, his crew is careful when digging and use tarps when piling dirt. They are respectful and courteous. They differently give VIP treatment.

Jose was very prompt with his reply to my request. VIP provided a very competitive quote for the work. He responded quickly to my questions and committed to getting the work done after we received the parts.

We called Jose when the parts arrived the next day and scheduled time to do the work (installing a toilet). Jose called to confirm that they were on their way to the house, arrived early, completed the installation quickly, cleaned up, and charged as expected.

We are pleased with the professionalism, cleanliness, and work. While I hope not to need then again any time soon, we will call them first!

Not many reviews yet but I took a chance! Jose is extremely prompt and courteous. He was able to come out in under 2 hours and didn't leave a huge open window of time. He texted when he was on his way with great communication. He made a shitty plumbing situation a little easier to handle...to pun intended hah. Plumbing is expensive all around so I can't say it was the cheapest or the best price, that I'm unsure of. But I didn't mind paying someone who was kind, polite and understanding of our situation.

If you need an honest plumber who's building up his business and is for the people.

The hose above my water heater had corroded and started leaking causing minor flooding in my garage. Jose was awesome. He responded promptly for my quote request and was at my house within an hour.
