Our kitchen sink backed up tonight at 8:15pm while washing dishes. It was quickly clear this was beyond my scope of expertise. I called my usual plumber and then a referral from a friend. Neither able to help. I then tried a company on YELP, but their prices were sky high. Next I called VIP Plumbing and Drain and Jose was very helpful. He quoted me a very reasonable fee and sent his partner Charlie to clear the blockage. Charlie arrived within an hour, and very quickly solved the immediate problem and made suggestions for next steps. I was very impressed with their friendliness, professionalism and timely service. I've found a new plumber and am very happy and satisfied.

Just wanted to write a quick review for these guys. They were the first to respond to my request and replaced the cartridge in the shower quickly so our guests could enjoy a hot shower during their visit.

They were very polite and kept us informed on their progress along the way. I was glad I could give them the business rather than dealing with a big company where you have to work around their schedule.

If I need plumbing help in the future I will use them again.

My husband and I were upset to find our hot water heater completely failed us, the day after our vacations were over. Super corroded, leaking and 20 years old, the water heater was in desperate need of replacement. I sent out the SOS to a few businesses on yelp with good reviews early in the morning. Jose called me back within 30 minutes, even though the sun had not even risen yet. He accommodated my schedule, gave me a fair price and great warrnty and was able to install a new unit that same day. Many of the other businesses I contacted didn't get back to me until he was done with the job. Jose and his assistant Jimmy were the best. Jose came out and gave me a fair assessment of my clogged kitchen line situation and we scheduled the work for the following day. Unfortunately I was going back and forth with my association and wound up canceling and then rescheduling him at the last minute when my HOA plumber couldn't make it.

Jose was courteous, professional and flexible even through all the back and forth and really saved me by coming out at the last minute (before my party) and clearing my line. It was a big job and took longer than he even thought but he gave me a very fair price and guaranteed the work.

I highly recommend Jose and VIP Plumbing.

I'm very impressed with VIP Plumbing & Repair because the owner was extremely prompt and professional to answer my questions and gave me a very competitive quote to replace my leaking water tank.

He came to my house on time and started work on time. He brought in additional staff to assist in removing the old and installing the new tank.

His price included all new water and gas lines and valves which made me feel much more secure knowing everything is code compliant.
