Was more worried about how he was to be paid than helpful with my plumbing issue- check or cash only- showed up at the wrong house- so he never followed my text instruction- he was angered with me because I never told him my clean out was on the roof- (how did I know the difference) - maybe Jose was just having a bad day-

Highly recommend this plumbing company. They are extremely responsive, They take the time to explain the situation and the options to resolve. Jose kept us informed and treated us as a priority. Jose came out to us on a Friday night at 8:00 pm and saved the day for our restaurant. Our main line was clogged and he cleared it out in no time.
They mopped up our floors and meticulously checked ever drain in the restaurant to make sure they were all working properly.
I highly recommend VIP & Jose! We will be using them for regular maintenance moving forward.

Jose and Charlie from VIP are wonderful. They came out right away after I called them - they were here within an hour to check out my problem and diagnose it. They are very trustworthy, reliable, honest and friendly. Jose is a very compassionate person as well. I became very ill from hidden water damage in my home (undetected for several years) and Jose even used to be a nurse and he knew about some related medical issues I've been dealing with because of long term water damage in my home. They can get to the bottom of any plumbing issue and I will definitely be calling them again for future plumbing needs. Also, Charlie has the cutest puppy which is same breed and color as my dog too, and both my dog and cat were comfortable around him. Thanks VIP!

Jose is very quick to respond/communicate, which is why there are 2 stars instead of 1. He quoted $279 for wax seal replacement and $875 if flange broken. To put it in perspective, you can get a brand new toilet purchased and installed including flange from Home Depot/Lowe's for less than $875 - my other plumber would love to do that for you and make a hefty profit still. You can also call my other local plumber to do the replacement for $135 weekend price and have him laugh at Jose's quote and defensiveness when he gets called out over text message over his ridiculous pricing.

I'll give him credit for communication he will tell you upfront his crazy prices. He's not shady about it, he tries to get you to agree to them right up front.

This guy is charging 2x the normal rates in the area. Good for him! Bad for customers. He told me if I think he's taking advantage to call other plumbers, so I did and I was right. Shop around to get the best price.

Edit: Jose immediately texted me telling me to remove the review. I told him not to text me or I'd consider it harassment and he still texted again. Nothing in this review is false. I forgot to add that he scheduled Friday but moved it to Saturday, limiting our options for other plumbers and pricing.

VIP is one of the best plumbing company's we have worked with. Nick Chavez and Jorge Martinez were very professional and honest. I really appreciate how they made sure we understood exactly what the problem was. After dealing with so many dishonest plumbers, I really valued the service of VIP.

Sent out a request via yelp. Have 7 companies contact me. This was the 2nd company however the one that was consistent.

I noticed that other people have made mention that this place is pricey. You get what you pay for. I had a total of 5 places provide a quote. Almost all provided a warranty on the work ranging from 90 days to 1 yr.


They gave me a 5 yr warranty on the work. Why this made such a difference is that this is the 2nd time this year I had to address a leaking outdoor he prior person that came out obviously did not do a good job. I recently had a 2nd contarctor look at it and tell me that due to the age of my pipelines (1971ish) he would pass on the work. It would be too complicated. The difference in cost was about $100. Not that big of a deal to me. The guarantee on the work is what sealed the deal.

Our communication was prompt. Next day I had the crew arrive within the 1/2 window they said they would. Not 3- 4 window most places give.

They were quick, efficent & clean. Less than half and hour the work was done.

We realized we had a plumbing issue on a Friday, called 1 company and they showed up with no tools and told us they were not sure where problem was. Called VIP to get a second opinion. Jose said he would be over within 60 minutes and came in 30. Jose was extremely polite and respectful asking permission to get on the roof. He then showed us what he saw and took the time to explain the issue to us and go over our options. He was able to start work the next day. The whole team is polite and responsive and very respectful of the property. Honest plumbers that do excellent work!

OMG!!! VIP PLUMBING is the BEST.
I had a main drain backed up and need help FAST.
Went on Yelp for help and after calling 5 plumbers and only getting answering services I finally called
VIP Plumbers and the owner Jose personally answered the phone. He came out right away and unclogged the drain and then ran a camera and found my entire main drain all the way to the city hookup was blocked with roots. Had to have the entire drain replaced. Jose quoted me a very fair price and immediately replaced the entire drain. When he was done you would never know he was there. He even replaced all the shrubs back to their original spots without ruining any. Jose is
HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE and VERY RELIABLE.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS CREW. RON!
