Trisha got us scheduled right away and she and Danny were out at our house within only a few hours. A quick scope and a jetting and the problem invading roots are cleared, the pipes are scrubbed clean all the way to the main line, and my drains are running free. Bonus - I have a full copy of my scope video and can see exactly where I might decide to have some future follow-up work done to replace a short section of degrading side sewer.

Professional, reliable, component, transparent, reasonable, and friendly. They are also very clean: left their shoes by the front door, covered the work area with their own rugs, and didn't leave any mess behind for us to have to clean up. What else do you ask for? Used their service twice so far: replacing a bathroom faucet and replacing the water heater (full service, including getting the new water heater unit that fits the specs). Highly recommended!

Five stars are not enough!!!! The VIP Plumbing Co Laguna Niguel Plumbing crew, Luis and Moses, were fantastic, professional, very informative and efficient.  They completely resolved our HOA drainage issue; seriously clogged landscape drains (check out photo!  This was just one of the monsters and debris in the drainage system).  Completely satisfied!  Also, the company's customer service reps, Anna and Elizabeth, were equally wonderful and ""made me smile"" each time I called in.

Communication was as good as it gets. We were notified when to expect the technician and sure enough Raffi was on time and ready to get to work immediately. I am not familiar with electric water heaters nor the wiring of alarms and shut off devices that are now required for my installation. Raffi isolated the problem and had it working in short order. My experience was clean and safe which is very much appreciated these days. Highly recommend these plumbers.

Luis and Moses did an outstanding job! They came out to the house to address a list of repairs needed, explained what was required, provided an estimate, and worked tirelessly to not only fix the issues but attempt to do so with my costs in mind. The work took an extra day and Jose came out on his day off to make sure I had my house in working order. He provided updates and photos and explanations regularly.
