Highly recommend.  Contacted them late Saturday and received a timely response  and a quote.  The installer Moses arrived the next morning which was Sunday.  He and his coworker were very professional and within a hour and half the installation of a new water heater was completed.  They also hauled away the old water heater.
I will definitely call them in the future if I have a need for a plumber!

Adrian from VIP Plumbing came to my home to fix a problem I was having with both of my toilets.  How a toilet works is a mystery to me, but he explained what he was doing and why very thoroughly.  He was on time, courteous, and fixed both of my toilets.  I was very happy with the work. While he was at my home, I mentioned a minor problem with my bathroom faucet to him, and he fixed that, too, literally in a matter of seconds.  In summary, I was extremely satisfied with this company and I highly recommend them!

My toilet was clogged. I got an appointment the same day I called and the repairman arrived at the start of the two hour window and texted me while he was on the way, as I had requested. He wore a mask the whole time, was very nice and quickly solved the problem and showed me what the issue was. I will definitely use this company again.

Trisha got us scheduled right away and she and Danny were out at our house within only a few hours. A quick scope and a jetting and the problem invading roots are cleared, the pipes are scrubbed clean all the way to the main line, and my drains are running free. Bonus - I have a full copy of my scope video and can see exactly where I might decide to have some future follow-up work done to replace a short section of degrading side sewer.
