Konrad scheduled an appointment with us today. He was a no show and never even reached out. I called the office they were going to reach out to him to call me and that didn't work either. There are companies out there who don't do stuff like this.

Great and friendly service, I contacted maybe 5-6 different companies to get a quote on running a gas line into our kitchen. Their quote was very competitive and decided to use them, they came and installed my line without issue.

They provided me with a lot of options and really took the time to educate me on my options and their recommendation.

I am a very happy customer and I found my go-to plumbers for the foreseeable future!!

I found Konrad off of thumbtack.. initially I reached out to someone else and him and I began messaging back and forth right away. Which I loved. I had to push out his scheduling w me a few times bc I'm pretty busy but finally we landed on a day that works.

Anyways Konrad and his son in law came over yesterday to install a P-trap on my washer (which was the main issue). Our house is 100+ years old so I was under the impression we may need to be repiped soon bc if the low water pressure. He was honest and said no! Just need to do a few things first. We had about 4 things for him to check out. This was the 3rd plumber I had out here to get a quote on things. His cost for installing the trap was 1/3 of the big name company.

One"" issue"" we had the bigger company offered to ""fix"" for $2500. I'm not kidding. Conrad fiddled w something inside the back of the toilet and it's fixed. This guy knows his stuff. I appreciate a knowledgeable tradesman who wants to be your plumber for the long haul not just make tons of money off you. He is coming next week to fix the other things and even offered me a shower head that he has in storage bc ours is cracked.

They were very covid safe and wore those booties when they came. Thanks Konrad!

My experience was very similar to those who have negative feedback. He never shows up on time. I paid Konrad to install a gas line to the gas range. I was ghosted after his first visit. He didn't finish his job and I paid another $500 to just finish what he left and now, I will have to install the gas range myself because his work was not done properly and people from BestBuy cannot install the gas range. It's lucky if your work is done on his first visit. If not, you will never be able to reach him again.

Complete thief! He will ask for money upfront and never show again to complete the work. He will also block you. He tries to give you faith by using a contract, but doesn't actually abide by it.

It seems like he is now working by himself and without this company. I'll also be reporting him to get his license revoked.

KONRAD IS AWESOME! He showed up on time.... on a Sunday wearing all the protective gear. He charged a lot less than the other quotes I got and wrote a letter / invoice to our HHA to reimburse us.
