In short, you will do yourself a great favor by not hiring Konrad, ever. I was struck by how similar my experience was to what some other negative review has mentioned. Konrad responded quickly to my request and provided a very reasonable quote to fix the air gap back flow from my dishwasher as well as a leaky kitchen faucet. When he came, he declogged the air gap line and told me to order a new kitchen faucet which he will help me to install once it comes. He charged me for the price of the two jobs combined and assured me he will come back for a small additional fee to help install the new faucet. From then on, I contacted him when my new faucet arrived, he responded by text and confirmed that he will come for the installation. However, he did not show up on the day of the job, no returning of any further texts or phone calls. Like others mentioned, I was ghosted. It seems that Konrad's strategy is to lock you in with a fair quote, show up on the first visit, do enough to get the majority of your payment, promise to come back and finish the rest which he never will.

My experience with finding professional services on Yelp has always been uneventful, with even a few very positive experiences. But this one really left a nasty taste in my mouth. Lessons learned on my part, and people should be warned and keep clear of such bad businesses.

I had Konrad replace my water heater in Pleasanton my new unit looks and works great, all work was done according to California code and very competitive price. I am very happy with this company and will recommend them in the future

When Konrad initially showed up to install my water heater, he gave me a reasonable estimate and offered to start the work soon. Initially, the work progressed as I expected, and (thank God) he got far enough to install the heater so I have hot water. But that's when things started to go down hill.

Part of the water heater install involved replacing a hard line and condensate line. On the last day Konrad showed up, he demanded his money and left, promising to come back tomorrow. Every day after, for a week, I would text him and ask him when he was coming back, and he'd always say ""tomorrow"" and then no-show.

I was eventually ghosted over text message, and he won't respond to texts or calls any more. To rub salt in the wound, he cashed my check the same day he stopped responding. That's the level of respect you should expect to receive from this plumber.

He has left some tools and supplies under my house, and the pipe is dripping water over my foundation. It's a terrible situation. Now, I'll have to hire another plumber to finish the job.

I used Konrad to support repairing a new water heater at my mom's house. Be patient with scheduling, he's a one man show, who really knows his stuff. He was able to fix the tankless water heater, giving my mom hot water! He was thorough and was able to even show us things that the general contractor had totally screwed up!!! THANK YOU KONRAD. We are going to use him to do some other repair work!

Loved that he showed up in a mask super professional. My toilet broke at 12 last night and Konrad came at a timely manner and fixed it . He was very knowledgeable & knew what he was doing definitely will be calling him for any of my plumbing needs

Been waiting him since in the morning. He made appointment to come to my house at 10am today. I texted him and said he replied that he will be here in 15 mins. He did not show up or even replying my message.

Appt was at 9am they were a no show, messaged them and they said they were running late and would be here between 1030-1130. Its 1230 and they still have not arrived and have not responded to my message. Very unprofessional

I had a leak in the washer's hose bid on Thanksgiving day evening. I requested quote via Yelp from different plumbers. And, Konrad was one of the first to respond and said he could be here in 20 minutes. He matched other competing offers as well.

He reached our place in the time he quoted. Unfortunately, he didn't have the part that I was looking for. But, he offered to install the one that he currently has as a stop gap solution and promised to install the part that I was looking for once the hardware store opens at no extra cost. Sweet!

As of now the leak is fixed and the water is turned on again. Can't image how the night would have been without water.

Konrad definitely deserves 5 stars IMO! After fixing it, he also checked our water heater and softener and provided tips for maintenance.

Konrad is very professional ! My garbage disposal stop working last night and I found Konrad via the Yelp request a quote. He responded promptly and sent me a good price quote, very knowledgeable and helped me to replace my old garbage disposal today. I would highly recommend him !
