this company was sent out by my home warranty. He came in my home with a flashlight and nothing else. How do you assess the plumbing issues with looking at the affected area? He went directly to replacing pipes and charging $485.00 to run the snake through roof clean out. Then stated he would send the roof clean out through the home warranty company but did not send the diagnosis to them. He walked in the grass and walked on my carpet..did not care about the dirt on the carpet installed 2 months ago.

We just had Kenneth come out to fix our toilet via our AHS home warranty service. I was worried at first because of some of the reviews here. I had called AHS and they informed me that the company has a AAA rating on their end. The refill of the water tank was slow and took forever. Kenneth was on time, professional, and fixed the issue promptly by replacing a few pieces. Would call them again and felt compelled to leave a review. Thank you!

Kyle came out to fixed a leak I had under my kitchen sink. He was on time and very knowledgeable about the problem. He repaired it in about 10-15 mins no issues at all. I would definitely recommend Kyle in the future.

I have never left a yelp review before but I was so impressed with this company that I am leaving a review. Their customer service is amazing. We left a message on a Friday night that our water heater was going out and we received a call back on a SUNDAY setting up a Monday appointment. wow! the owner of the company, Levi, was involved throughout the whole job, texting me with updates on parts etc and continued this great customer service and correspondence until the jobs were done and we were 200% satisfied. I've never experienced customer service like this before from the owner/manager of a trade company. The technicians that Levi sent out to do our water heaters and shower jobs were experts in their plumbing specialty areas and did excellent jobs. I am so appreciative of them all and would recommend them to anyone!
