My hot water heater went out. Centerpoint came out and said that I had a small leak in the valve control box. THAT THE PLUMBER WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DETECT IT WITH HIS WATER BOTTLE. He turned off the gas!
Lynn called from VINTAGE Plumbing. Real nice when they want the job. Sent Zach out. Showed him the CTPoint paperwork. He said he would fix where the leak was.
Hot water went out again 32 days later. I called Lynn back. She said that it was out of warranty.
I called Center point back out, and he detected the same leak.
SHUT GAS OFF AGAIN.
Called Lynn and told her that the leak was never repaired that it needed a new valve control box or thermal coupling... Now she won't even take my call..or return voice messages.. Had to have a different company come out to put a new valve control box..
All I wanted is for them to refund the service call fee..

Unprofessional and a sham!!
All the inconvenience AND a GAS LEAK... BUT HE LIED AND SAID IT WAS FIXED!!! SMH.
RUN. DON'T WALK FROM VINTAGE PLUMBING!
Only use VINTAGE if you want to be serviced by incompetence and liars and plumbers who don't care if you have a gas leak! ‍‍

Complete con artist. They came out through my warranty company and tried to say it would be $8500 to fix a clog in the sink, but since this isn't my first rodeo I got a second opinion and got it fixed for $200.

This company was sent to our home from One Guard Home Warranty. The first time they came out I had a bad experience. But they refunded the trade fee call. So had another concern come up and they were dispatched out again, this time I would have figured they would been more professional, so gave them another opportunity. We had water coming out from the garage near the main line pipe meets with the house. He called up the home warranty company to get coverage for the line inside the wall of the garage which was covered , however the reroute of the new pipe that leads from the foundation and out to the main line was not. He quoted 3,000.00 and included the rest of the pcv pipe that lead all the way to the meter. Which was unnecessary, so I got a second quote. Reached out to my plumber and explained what was happenMing. After he took a look at it he says all that is needs is to dig up by the corner and find the connecting pipe and repair it. That cost was $600.00 and if he needed to reroute that pipe then it was 1,200.00. Wow, I said I am so glad I got a second opinion and not waste money on something that did not need to happened. Make sure you get a second opinion saved me a lot of money. No more leaks. It is unprofessional to do unnecessary repairs and basically steal money from consumers. I will never use their services again.

Well you would think that First American would see how bad this company is. But I think that they use them to deny claims anyway so I cancelled First American and I am now stating How bad these guys are! Did not even try to diagnose the problem with Water heater. Just took pictures to prove why the home warranty company would not cover anything. I called out ABACUS PLUMBING which lit the heater right away and gave the diagnosis of suffocation due to heat and debris.

With all the bad reviews I think I dodged a bullet. Don't use this Company and Don't use First American Home Warranty Either!

Horrible plumbing company. Came out to find a leak in my drain pipe and said that the crack in the cast iron was from lighting or freezing. The pipe is inside my house! Needless to say these people are unprofessional and do not provide quality service you can trust. Too many plumbers to choose the people. Go with another company that will test you right. If Kenneth or Larry comes to your home. Ask for another tech. They are the worst.
