Sent out by my warranty company, they completely missed the cause of the leak under the sink indicating that the faucet sprayer was cracked. The plumber (and I use that term loosely) claimed he would have to order the $24 part and left. Warranty company called and said the plumber reported the 15 year old sprayer was cracked by other than normal wear and tear (huh? It was leaking around the gasket when the water was on, not a crack and it wasn't the source of the drip under the sink when the water wasn't on). I called at the suggestion of my warranty company but they never returned the call. Not the way to do business. And while I understand the warranty company's role in coverage, it is the report of the plumber that defines what the issue is and whether it's in their scope. This report was blatantly incorrect and went so far as to say the "crack" was caused by excessive force (I'm 65, wish I had it in me regardless that's not where the leak was). The failure to return the call certainly wasn't the warranty company either. So I suggest you take your plumbing needs elsewhere.

Extremely incompetent scammers. Twice they've come to my home through the warranty service company and misdiagnosed my plumbing issues. Both were very simple fixes where they 1. claimed it was not an issue at all, but the leak continued for weeks causing severe ceiling and wall damage. 2. Said that a simple clogging issue required major tile and floor removal. Neither were accurate diagnosis. They say just enough to get their service fee from First American home warranty and quickly go to the next job. It's really frustrating. I've called their management team, but they do not care and defend their horrible work. I question whether these are real plumbers... cannot be trusted.

First American sent Vintage, so I was worried when I looked them up on yelp ahead of time and the bad reviews. The technician came out and fixed my sewer main blockage. He snaked it from several locations until he was able to break through and gave me some good plumbing tips along the way.

This company sent out an idiot that was lazy, did not want to work, and knew he could get away with it, because this was a claim submitted under a home warranty. The company hires people that are liars and are probably making it on working these claims, preying on people. More to follow because I have all the time in the world to follow up and validate what I am posting.....More to follow!

I submitted a claim with my home warranty company on Sunday am; the company called me that afternoon to schedule my appointment for the next day between 1:30-5:00; I got a phone call from the plumber (Kenneth) about 1:40 that he was enroute and would be here in about 10 minutes; after he came in and looked he asked to use my garage access so he didn't have to bring his equipment through the entire house. He fixed it immediately it's less than an hour after he arrived; he is gone & my problem was fixed!

This Company is Unprofesional, Rude and they lack Empathy! My home Warranty sent them twice and the lady Lynn was extremely rude and unprofessional and the guy Terrance failed to complete two work orders.. One of the orders was as simple as turning on Gas (heater) which he stated that it was fixed within 3 minutes and then left. He also enter my home on two different occasions without wearing Mask and when I told the lady Lan about my experience hoping to seek and find a resolution she told me they can't do anything about that and then had the audacity to try to downplay my feelings!! SO then I asked HER to speak with the owner she completely ignore my request .., So I'm like you guys can't send anyone else to complete this she told me No! I told her I was going to call my warranty company which I did! The Warranty Company did apologize to me and try to contact them but they got no Answer... Smh. Please stay away from this company if you want professional service!
And if I would have know this I would have asked for a different company because I now see a ton of negative reviews about the exact same thing on this site (Wow) They will get there Karma very soon! GOD IS REAL!!

If I could give zero I would. The home warranty sent these folks out and immediately I felt like the guy didn't know what he was doing a day later he calls stating the warranty company will not pay for anything including the hot water heater unbeknownst to him the warranty company already had sent a email stating that they would replace after telling him this he states let me call you back when he did call back he started trashing my warranty company stating I should change to a different company then proceeded to give me this unrealistic quote for uncovered charges I notified the warranty company who sent out a new company for a second opinion and asked if I could get a couple of quotes on my own which I did. I have a new Bradford hot water heater with modifications for way less than even I was expecting I did have to pay for some modifications but was less than the 1500.00 they were quoting also I need have a 250.00 allowance for modifications which helped I paid 250.00 out of pocket for replace and install. Stay away from these folks when your warranty company says these liars, are coming tell them you want someone else to prevent th headache and time wasted on theses g00ns

This company was exactly what you would expect in quality service. Let me start by saying other reviews almost scared me away from using them. I am so glad I went with my gut and used them. From start to finish they were very helpful and informative. My home warranty company sent them out (First American). They approved one water heater needed replaced but I have two. They also only approved a certain kind that need conversions , that were not covered under warranty. At no fault of the plumbing company. Just bad warranty company. I decided to pay extra to have both done at the same time. They explained everything from start to finish. They were very careful removing and replacing both water heaters. Price was extremely fair. They will have my business in the future. I suggest you read reviews with the knowledge that you can't please everyone no matter how good of a job you do. I for one had an amazing experience with them and will recommend to family and friends.

Completely let down by this company. They were assigned to me through my home warranty.
Not only did they not fix my main issue, but they made the secondary issue worse and are not answering my calls for a follow up.

They are connected to First American home warranty... neither one of them need to be in business in Texas. I have called them numerous times and they never fixed anything. Everything was justified as not covered or " its working now, just call us when it stops" ummmm no not when it is 75 bucks a pop. Final straw was when I was flat out denied. No one told me, First strike. Then found out was denied b/c of a $10 3" pipe that needed to be installed. $1000 of dollars to this company and they didn't have the common decency to talk to me and work something out. Then to add insult to injury I get quotes from them for +$1550 reinstall all new and not even that good of equipment. So this is end result. I upgraded and fixed everything for less than 600 and I dropped everything with Home warranty and vintage. Do not do business with them at all.
