Feel they are part of a scam along with Select home warranty. I have a quote from today from Vintage Plumbing for 2083.51 to replace 2 faucets in my home under my select home warranty service plan, which I canceled today.
I was working when he arrived but was surprised when he ask for the service fee up front. Obviously he already knew we wouldn't be getting any work done at the price he quoted which was outrageous!!!!


And this after paying an additional 49.00 for a yr for plumbing fixtures to be covered under my existing plan, which was the best they offered but did not include plumping fixtures. My previous plan did cover these fixtures and I will be going back to them.

Prompt, clean, and courteous with very realistic estimate.
We are moving into our house after 16 years as a rental. We wanted all the under sink and toilet angle stops replaced, converted to quarter turn valves. In addition, needed to replace the washer hot/cold valves in the wall since they leaked. Many of the existing valves no longer worked.

Joe and his son did the work efficiently, with smiles and no reason for plumber jokes . They also earned our future business. We plan to use them for our softener, R/O, and other plumbing top out at end of renovation. My husband and I highly recommend Joe and his company.
