Called to have house galvanized plumbing switched to pex. Never received a bid. Called about three times to follow up. Told every time they would email bid never received. Was referred by my old plumber to this company. Will be telling old plumber to stop referring to these guys.

They quoted me $1600 to replace two angle stops under the kitchen sink!! I found another plumber who did it for $200. I think the guy at Vinny Boys looked at me - a woman - and thought I wouldn't know any better.
UPDATE/RESPONSE: Vinny Boys didn't give me a written estimate, so I was stating from memory. When I then looked at the written estimate and payment from the plumber I used, he replaced two angle stops, installed an under-sink water filter system, and installed my new sink - for $875.

Issue: Warm water coming out of cold side of every faucet: They replacead a check valve at the water heater - issues solved!! I would ""HIGHLY"" recommend Vinny Boy's Plumbing!! Outstanding customer service from a family owned business. They work with you and expalin in detail their course of action. Easy to do business with as well. How many times do you have to call a plumber. The answer is every time you have a plumbing problem. This time it was the water heater. An original, over 50 years old. It started leaking. Called Vinny's. Had an appointment for the next day. Quick professional service and I've got hot water. He even called the next day to make sure everything was good. That's what I call quality service.

If I could give a negative star, I would. First of all this has NOTHING to do with the gentlemen that came and did the work on my house, this has to do with Vinny and his assistant and the lack of communication and educating for what we are having done to our home.
Most of the communication I had was done with his assistant, not Vinny directly. When I asked for him to call us back I got a call from his assistant. (*Note: he did talk with my husband on the times that he came to do the bids) We needed to have our home repiped and two bathrooms (showers) redone. We are home owners, not plumbers. I feel that we should have been educated on ""water system"" and ""drain system"", which we were not when we had the initial bid done. Vinny just assumed that we knew what we needed done. While we had the water system repiped, I mentioned having bathrooms redone as well. Because of the pandemic what I wanted for our showers were 10-12 weeks out for ordering. The day they came to do the demo was the FIRST time I was able to meet and talk with Vinny. He explained that he would contact his sales rep to see if they could possibly get something else in an earlier time frame. After getting in touch with his sales rep, I found out that they were on a back order status as well. Instead of suggesting that we NOT demo both of the showers in my home, due to the fact that it would be all most 3 months before we could have the inserts, they demoed them anyway!! Now I am without a functioning shower in my home and having to get another contractor in to put showers in. We also had a backed up sink after they repiped, only to find out that it was a drain issue and were told that they repiped the water system and not the drain system........another contractor to snake that drain so the water flowed properly.
My point it this, as a contractor, it should be your job to ""educate"" your clients on what needs to be done, not just assume that as a homeowner we know what we need. If you want to communicate with this individual, try another contractor, because he lacks in that department greatly.
Again, his employees did a great job. Vinny is not someone I will contact again once this warranty of his current work has expired.

Working with Vinny Boy's is awesome. These guys are straightforward and quick on getting back to you on pricing, always fair, and they do a great job. We had plumbing issues when we just purchased our home and they were in and out in less than a week and basically redid all of our plumbing in that time, we have had no issues. They even came back out to fix some work the other plumbers had messed up and were in and out in less than 2 hours, everything in ship shape. You will not be disappointed working with Vinny Boy's!

We've been extremely impressed with Vinny and Vinny Boy's Plumbing. Thus far, we've had Vinny Boy's repair a shower that was not water-tight, install a circulation pump to get hot water to all areas of the property faster and install a ""tank booster"" designed to increase the amount of available hot water.
Vinny is extremely responsive, professional and a pleasure to do business with. We will continue to use Vinny and this company for current and future plumbing related needs. Well done!

Had a shower/tub faucet with zero pressure in an older house and assumed we needed the whole valve replaced. After talking with another plumber that wanted to essentially disassemble the entire bathroom I called Vinny Boy's. They suggested starting with rebuilding the valve and replacing if that did not work. The rebuild worked which saved us $$ and some serious drama. Will definitely be calling Vinny Boy's for future plumbing needs.
