Our kitchen sink was slow to drain for months and the last few weeks, water would back flow out of it. Had a couple of people come out and try to fix with no luck. I found Vinko on Yelp and saw their good reviews so we gave them a call. They came out the next morning! Long story short, Kevin and Eric were able to figure out the issue and fix it. I highly recommend Vinko. They were super nice, prompt and courteous.

I had an issue that involved my gas being shut off. Kevin promptly answered and came out within a couple of hours. He quickly replaced the pipes and followed up the next day with me regarding getting my gas turned back on. Nice guy, and I would recommend him to others!

I called many plumbers in Philly, all well reviewed on Yelp, and Kevin was the first to pick up. I called Kevin because of the stellar reviews, too, and I'm also leaving one. Even if we only had a small job, Kevin came out the next day and took care of it. It was just washer hose replacement, but we wanted to make sure it was done professionally, after all. The water was leaking into another unit below and it could've potentially created a lot of water damage.

I really appreciate how responsive he is and that he came out right away. He even sent me a picture of the completed work. That's proof and peace of mind.

We have a condo in Old City and we are all the way in California. Our tenant is pleased with the work and I'm just happy it's done. It's hard to find good plumbers anywhere. They're either too busy, won't reply asap and put you on the back burner for small work. Not Kevin. He personally answered the phone and it didn't even go to voicemail.

I had a few leaky pipes in my basement which resulted in flooding as well as a clogged toilet. I called Kevin at 9am on Monday morning and by 2pm he was at my house checking out the basement for me. What I thought was a leaking pipe in my basement turned out to be a whole other issue that Kevin was able to take care of for me. After a quick inspection and an estimate, Kevin was at my house bright and early on Wednesday morning. His prices were reasonable, he was prompt, quick and quiet. Now thanks to Kevin there is no more leaking in my basement and my toilet is fixed. I am 100% satisfied and will recommend Kevin and Vinko plumbing for any plumbing or heating services in the future!

It's never good when you have a plumbing issue at 4pm on a Thursday. After calling a ton of folks and not hearing back from anyone and searching ""emergency plumbing Philly"" I stumbled upon Vinko plumbing and now have a new plumber in Kevin! He was very responsive, did the work thoroughly, walked me through what was wrong, what he could fix now, and what we should do later, and was an all around nice guy. Highly recommend him for your plumbing needs!

Kevin was fantastic -- he fixed a couple sinks that had been perennial problems in our home. Don't know why we waited to fix these, but he came by, inspected them, helped us pick a replacement, and got everything installed really fast. Super nice, very communicative -- we'll definitely use his service again (and sooner this time!)

Had such a great experience with Kevin and Vinko Plumbing. Had a leak in the line that supplies water to my fridge, causing flooding and obvious anxiety! I called Kevin and he was very quick to respond. Even offering same day appointment. I have had nightmare experiences with plumbers in the past, so Vinko was a breath of fresh air. He showed up in time and fixed the problem with ease. He explained everything to me and helped me understand how to avoid this from happening in the future. Our hot water heater busted late in the afternoon, so by the time I started asking around for quotes, it was after business hours. Kevin responded quickly (within an hour-ish?), gave me a quote right away, and answered all my questions. (and I had a lot of questions!) His quote was very reasonable---and, it stayed consistent. The price he quoted was the price I paid.

When I asked him to check on a warranty thing, he said he'd call the supplier in the morning, which he did. This might seem like a small thing, but he was the only one who responded to my late night message with, ""I'll verify this,"" instead of trying to hurry me into a decision.

This next part seems pretty basic? But I promise it's not. *He actually answered messages consistently, and showed up when he said he would.* OK??

He did a professional, quick installation, and again, answered all my questions when I had them. I hope we never have water heater or plumbing issues again... but if/when we do, we will call him.
