Being severely disabled I had some very special needs, viney plumbing met all of my needs took the time to listen to what I needed in my new home to cope with my severe disability, not only did he listen but he suggested and we came up with a game plan that worked perfectly. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to listen to what I needed and what my suggestions were put his license plumber knowledge to what I wanted and together we came up with a perfect solution and it was perfectly executed. I think the best thing about this company is they don't have the big corporate attitude that hey we know what we're doing we don't need you to tell us anything. And I have to tell you listening to your customers is paramount in keeping them. Thank you very much
