Professional company; Pricing so exorbitant I'll be reporting to the better business bureau. Just unbelievably expensive. If I could give zero stars I would. I paid $627 for literally 1.5 hour job. Install new faucet, swap out a garbage disposal (1:1 same as), and re-hook up sink drain as it was unhooked for new countertops. Didn't like that they ask for payment upfront. Plumber estimates 3 hours, had me sign to agree, then did the job in 1.5, hung out in his truck afterwards for 20 minutes and left. Cannot recommended and would strongly urge folks to shop around and know upfront what they are charging. Update: spoke with the service manager. He said they charge a """"flat rate"""" per job. This flat rate equates to $400/hour. There are plenty of licensed plumbers charging $150/hour; suggest anybody looking for a plumber look anywhere else but with this company.

Their office staff and plumber, David, were professional. They called when technician was in route, arrived on time and performed worked quickly. Highly recommended.

Dealt with the rudest unprofessional person. Don't know his name but he was a heavyset guy. They should teach them how to answer to customers and non customers. Very unprofessional, I've decided to stay with Swift, they are the best and not as expensive as Vines

Not sure how this business is still operating Horry for residental way over priced. agent didnt understand what we needed tried to sell a package for replacing toilet, sink , lines and we want is them use the snake to unclog toilet. Only took a picture didnt even check to see if we even need any of that bs up sale total crook. I woke up to standing water throughout my house and a gushing toilet. Called Vines at 6:30 am and they were out within an hour. First came the plumber, then the restorers. Then they called in extra help to get done sooner. I can't thank Vines enough! Alfredo, Don, Dave and the whole crew are the best!

I chose Vines, because I knew there would be many challenges in renovating my bathroom. My home is an older manufactured home......chock full of challenges. If it were not done correctly, i would be facing multiple headaches in the years to come. My instincts were correct. I am really enjoying my new walk-in shower. It is beautiful! I appreciate all of the hard work Vine's did.

Won't be using them and would not recommend. Technician that showed up was rude and had an attitude of """"I can't be bothered"""". Was supposed to send a quote the next day...received it 3 weeks later at a ridiculous price. No follow-up from anyone at Vines to review/discuss. Assuming this is indicative of the service I'd get if I hired them, no thanks.

This company is wonderful..we had a main line clog, 2 gentlemen showed up that day and fixed the problem right away, the men were clean cut and very nice and professional. They have top notch tools and they cleaned our shower and tubs before they left..I have already recommended vines to my family!

Vines Plumber Patrick came to the rescue. My water system had been compromised by a tree removal that broke a water main. When water was restored my water lines were filed with dirt and damaged my plumbing fixtures. I knew this was going to be a difficult restoration, but Patrick stood with it until my water piping was cleaned and damaged fixtures replaces. Thank you
