Had an appointment scheduled for today 10 28 22. When appointment made was told rep would show between 8 and 11 AM and would receive call before arrival. Now 12:45 PM and no call or show.

I woke up to standing water throughout my house and a gushing toilet. Called Vines at 6:30 am and they were out within an hour. First came the plumber, then the restorers. Then they called in extra help to get done sooner. I can't thank Vines enough! Alfredo, Don, Dave and the whole crew are the best!

Well we unfortunately needed a plumber this week. Of course we called Vines Plumbing!! They cleaned out the clean-outs and made sure water and waste was making it all the way through the pipes. Hunter Vines and his associate did a wonderful job. And, as always they were prompt, courteous and careful with our property. We think they are very fair in price. Vines has been here a couple of times and we love their service for all the same reasons each time. We will definitely use them again. They have excellent technicians!!

The owner of Rick Vines has no idea what customer service is, he is condescending, rude and thinks he is better than anyone he talks to and let's them know he feels that way. He is extremely unprofessional and needs to go take a class on how to talk to people and treat them respectfully!

Poor workmanship. Had to come back numerous times to fix things the right way. Owner called about my Google review. I have never been spoken to by anyone like that. Condescending to say the least. Told me I was jealous of him and his new septic truck. Trying to be bully at your age Rick Vines. Time to grow up. Never use this company. There is a reason of his poor employee retention rate.

Outstanding, professional & knowledgeable service. I will ONLY use Vines for any future plumbing needs. From beginning to end Vines made me feel like I was in good hands. The office staff are pleasant & professional. The e-mail & texted confirmation and reminders of upcoming service were very helpful. When Luke came for the initial estimate, his polite, professional demeanor was impressive. You could tell he was really thinking of the best way to solve our unusual issue. He thoroughly checked all of the necessary areas, including going into our attic - and didn't charge a thing! When I received the estimate by e-mail it included all of the details, even pictures from his earlier inspection. When Luke came to do the work he found he was able to complete the job utilizing a pipe found under the insulation in the attic, instead of having to cut through our laundry room wall as expected. The job went much faster and smoother than I expected - and the charge came in much less than the original estimate. He could've charged much more & I wouldn't have known the difference. Luke's honesty & integrity, as well as his ingenuity & ability to find the best solution to our complicated issue, created a loyal Vines customer for life. A different company had come out to look at this problem prior to me contacting Vines. That company charged quite a bit, even though no work was done, and left me expecting to have to have a hole cut in my roof! Boy am I glad my brother recommended Vines. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

Won't be using them and would not recommend. Technician that showed up was rude and had an attitude of """"I can't be bothered"""". Was supposed to send a quote the next day...received it 3 weeks later at a ridiculous price. No follow-up from anyone at Vines to review/discuss. Assuming this is indicative of the service I'd get if I hired them, no thanks.

Amazing people work for this company. We were from out of town and we got turned around due to road closures. A very kind gentleman from this company went out of his way to help us get back on track. I haven't had work done by Vines but I certainly was impressed by their employee who helped us. Thank you to that wonderful gentleman who made our day much easier. You were a blessing!

I will never use Vines for services again. We had them install a new kitchen faucet for us 2 weeks ago. I was given a timeframe for my appointment between 10am-2pm. The technician arrived at 2:21, never called beforehand to tell me he was on the way (like I was told he would) and he just opened the door and walked into my home - no doorbell ring or knock. Then he left without collecting payment because """"there's a new system and I don't know how to use it. Someone will call you with the final bill."""" An hour later I receive an email receipt for the total...no call. When my husband called to let the office know we had a $25 coupon from a previous visit from another plumber we were told """"we can't honor that"""" to which someone in the background of the office had to yell to the """"new manager"""" that those cards were given out a few years back and they would honor it, after my husband had to argue with the manager for more than 5 minutes. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time, and that's not saying much since customer service seems to be a lost art. I would advise, to save your time and money, go elsewhere.

Work was fine. Prices are outrageous. Supplied my own faucet for install - 150. Then I needed a valve handle to shut the hot water valve under the kitchen sink. I paid 45 for a handle you can buy at a hardware store for lol less than 5 dollars. I won't be calling them for anything else.
