Super helpful. Vince gave me some great advice over the phone on what to do solve a water heater problem myself, to make sure it's not an easy fix. He's clearly there to take care of his customers, and I definitely will give him a call if/when my next plumbing problem pops up.

I can't afford to live in Burbank. If I hadn't bought the tiny house here in 1983, I wouldn't be able to afford to live here. Indeed, I've thought of selling it and moving to the boonies somewhere and maybe eating better.

I consider all of the things I would leave behind, but I figure I can do without them.

Then I realized that the one thing that will keep me from leaving Burbank is knowing that when I have plumbing problems, Vince will be here for me.

Just last Friday, he showed up -- a half hour earlier than he had promised -- and did his magic with a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. I so much enjoy it when he's here -- even though he attended Burroughs and I attended Burbank High. He had as assistant with him named J.R., and this wonderful kid was equally as clean, courteous and professional.

""It turns out J.R. and I went to the same schools in Burbank,"" Vince said. ""We both graduated from Burroughs and from Jordan. Plus, we both went to elementary school at what's now Disney Elementary -- it was called Central when I went there.""

J.R. didn't like the way the garbage disposal's wiring set-up down there, so he let Vince know. Vince looked at the job J.R. had done and complimented him for making it function at all.

""Give me a call next week,"" Vince told me, ""and we'll come with some new wire and get it done even better.""

He's such a great guy, and his prices are very reasonable. I'm sure he could jack up the cost of things, but he just doesn't.

He's a Burbanker who takes great care of Burbankers.

A TRULY HONEST PLUMBING BUSINESS!!!

I just moved into a house in Burbank, and during inspections, there were a number of plumbing related items noted that potentially needed repairs, along with a quote from another highly rated Burbank based plumbing business.

On Friday, I called Vince, and made an appointment for Monday between 2pm and 3pm, and that Vince would call when he was on the way. Just like clockwork, Vince called about 10 minutes before 2pm, and showed up just a few minutes after 2pm. He was courteous and professional, and took a look at the first issue (pressure regulator), measured it and concluded it was perfectly in spec (saving me $350).

The next issue noted was that there was no water line running to the refrigerator / freezer. Vince and his partner pulled out the fridge, and noted that there was actually an existing line, but someone had turned it off, which they corrected.

When I asked how much I owed him, Vince refused to accept any payment at all. He is a truly kind man, and has earned my future business and references for life. I am now paying it forward via Yelp.

I first used Vince when my hot water heater burst during the night and water was flowing from it. He came right over ( with his daughter back then) and found me a new heater and fixed it in record time. There was a problem and he came right back ( twice) and fixed it with an apology and even tightened some other things that needed adjusting that he spotted. Needed him a couple of more times for washing machine outlets etc and he always came by with the same great attitude and professionalism. Always tell him I like hanging with him and shooting the bull but hope not to see him ( at my house) anytime soon! Great guy, great service, support your local businesses, call Vince!

Vince came out to check my water heater that had stopped working when I woke up in the morning. He came out for a free inspection & estimate but found that it was only the pilot light that needed to be relighted. I thought for sure the water heater had finally failed because it is 19 years old. Vince said to keep it until it starts to leak and we would be good. He could have easily charged us for a new water heater and I would have agreed. Vince came out within an hour of my call and was honest and clear about things. I highly recommend.

Vince is not only professional and fantastic, but such a good soul.
My husband and I have had some issues with drainage problems, and Vince brought over his big machine to clear out the pipes. We needed a bit more work and he came over again~~ and didn't charge us the second time!

It's high time I'm writing this review for Vince's Plumbing because he's been rescuing my old home's plumbing for two years, and after going through several plumbers who really are outrageously expensive. Vince always shows up when he says he'll be here, quotes me prices normally under what I am expecting (considering what I'm used to hearing from other plumbers) and does a fantastic job, no matter what it is. Friendly, trustworthy, punctual and excellent work= a five star review. I'm so happy that I found him, because I know I'll need to use his services for years to come, and it's so difficult to find honest, kind people to do excellent work in the service community. I'm a single woman and I get targeted a lot by service people preying on my lack of knowledge of how much things are supposed to cost, but Vince treats me fairly and even works Sundays for his normal rate, not time and a half. I can recommend his services with total confidence to anyone. Gold stars x infinity!!!!
