oh my goodness, vince and chris are wonderful! they arrived on time (early even) and quickly got to work on the problem that needed their expertise.

as had been my experience with vince over the past 20+ years, he was honest and very willing to explain what the problem was and how he was going to proceed.

vince is a gem and so is his helper chris. they are a great team and i will always seek vince out for assistance in all things ""plumbing"".

the work was done as quickly as possible; minimal tear-out of the wall to access the shower valve and of course, they cleaned up the work area so well that honestly, if you didn't know better, you would not know that any work had been done. it was that tidy.

Thank you Vince! I chose Vince's Plumbing based on his five star review average. Well, Vince lived up to his five star rating and is officially my new plumber.

Vince returned my call right away and came over early the next morning. Vince and his assistant Chris fixed my leaky kitchen sink, re set my faucet, fixed my dishwasher then fixed my toilet and petted my pug all within 1 hour. Wow!

If that wasn't enough, Vince discovered a missing cover on my sink and made an extra trip back the next day to fix it for free..... Vince is definitively the real deal!

VInce is amazing. My husband and I bought a house earlier this year in Burbank and we've had Vince out a number of times to do all sorts of plumbing things...new faucets, fixtures, water heater issues.....he even helped fix our fireplace plumbing and made it even better with access on back of house, put new pipes in under our house, and saved us thousands with an emergency ""under the house flood""! (Another plumbing company wanted to charge us thousands and Vince was there to help us and saved us a bundle). I love that he is so honest, fast, and reasonable. He truly is the best!
We are going to have Vince help us when we do our bathroom remodel for sure!!!

I only spoke with Vince over the phone but he left such a good impression and was so helpful that I felt he should get another 5 star review added onto his impeccable and fully deserved Yelp profile. I had a problem with my water heater that was fixed while I was on the phone with him, so I didn't need to have him look at it, but he was so courteous and professional that if I ever have problems with anything that is under his specialty, I'll be sure to call for his help.

My husband and I recently purchased our first home and needed some work done to get it up to snuff. The house was built in the 1930s and one of the big areas we needed worked on was the plumbing. Our realtor recommended Vince's Plumbing and I am so glad she did!

Vince is a wonderful plumber. He works quickly and efficiently and leaves your space clean when he's finished. Not only does Vince do great work, but he is friendly and honest. If you have questions he will explain things in a way you can understand. In my opinion, this is one of Vince's best qualities. Other contractors we've met with have talked over my head and made me feel dumb for asking questions, which is insulting and incredibly frustrating. Vince never does this and always makes sure you know what is going on and what your options are.

If you need a great plumber, don't waste your time with the other guys. Call Vince! You'll get great service for a great price, and he'll probably throw in a corny joke or two free of charge. :)

it doesn't get any better than Vince. He is on top of his game in all respects. Returns calls promptly, gives accurate time estimates, shows when he says he's going to and gets it right the first time -- both the diagnosis and the repair -- and cleans up after himself. He gave me a fair price and seems like a genuinely good guy. He is the only plumber I will ever call again.
