I found Vince on Yelp for repair of a clogged toilet/shower drain. He was very available and willing to give me advice/information over the phone. On the day of the actual service he was punctual, explained everything to me in detail, and did a very professional job (fixed the problem and also left everything clean). Vince is also honest and will walk you through best and worst case scenarios over the phone in terms of cost. He is now my ""go to"" plumber. I would highly recommend his work.

I found Vince's Plumbing on Yelp. After seeing the reviews I gave him a call and he was very prompt about getting back to me and scheduling an appointment. Since I work a short distance from my home he offered to call me when he was on his way from his previous job. This saved me taking a day off of work. When we met he assessed re-piping & re-routing my old galvanized pipe hose bib. But first he recommended I contact a utility locating company (which he referred) to locate where my old galvanized pipe was run to. This would alleviate digging up my front yard and planter. His referral was great and did what was needed. Vince and his assistant came back to do the rest of the job and completed just as we discussed. Vince's Plumbing is exactly what other reviewers have stated... professional, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. I highly recommend him!

Vince has been to my house 3 times and always a great experience. He installed a new toilet the first time, fixed a leaky shower the second, and last week checked on my hot water heater that was leaking. It turned out to be that the handle was loose on the drain faucet and he tightened it. Since it took about 5 seconds and my house was on his way to another job he didn't charge me, even after I tried to make him bill me.

I had Vince install a new toilet in our bathroom. The job was completed quickly and without any problems. The most impressive part. He left the bathroom floor cleaner when he finished! He took the time to clean the floor tiles in the hard to reach areas. That is a quality that is hard to find, in any type of service.

I also had Vince clean out my main sewer line, as preventative maintenance.
