Their ""master plumber"" came to our home to repair a shower drain. Completed his work and left. No problems, right? Well, months later my wife and I started to notice a mildewy smell coming from that shower drain.
After hiring another firm, we were shown first hand that the last plumber (Vincent Plumbing) had gone a bit overboard with his hack saw, cutting a small hole in the elbow joint connecting to our shower drain.
This small hole, created a slow leak, which had infiltrated our bath, AND the dining room ceiling below. Hundreds of dollars later, we are back in business, no thanks to Vincent Plumbing. They refused to answer phone calls and emails.
Look elsewhere. These guys are hacks in our honest opinion.
