BEWARE OF THIS HORRIBLY AWFUL COMPANY!!!! I called these people because they are supposedly ""24/7"" but come to find out they are only 24/7 when they feel like it. This company is lazy and do not care about customers. THE MAN WHO PICKED UP THE PHONE WAS RUDE AND CURSED ME OUT FOR CALLING saying ""are you f***ing kidding me it's 4am, we're not f****ing coming out"" now if your site says you are 24/7 and the man even said they were 24/7 when I asked him on the phone, since I felt bad it was so late and apologized for calling at that time but I had seen online they were 24/7, and I was having an emergency with no heat and no water. But this man decided to curses me out, instead he could have just been nice and said ""No"" and just put the phone down but instead he had to give me a horrible attitude and curse me on the phone while refusing to deal with my plumbing emergency, makes no sense! I EVEN OFFERED TO PAY EXTRA/DOUBLE for them to come out since i have a bed and breakfast so i needed service asap, since I can not leave my guests with no water and no heat, and THE MAN STILL REFUSED after I offered extra payment!!!! Worst encounter ever and unbelievably rude/disgusting/horrible people at this company and do not care about clients emergencies!!!!!!! i have never been treated in such an unprofessional manner in my life and to be cursed at when your having a plumbing issue is just uncalled for, you do not treat customers like that and curse them when they're having an emergency and are calling your company in hope for getting help and services ESPECIALLY when I was trying to give your company business and I WOULD HAVE PAID DOUBLE / EXTRA!!!

We had called and set-up an appointment for a routine furnace and hot water heater service. We had the appointment all set and scheduled for today, my husband took the day off, and they never showed! I called afterwards to look into the matter and they acted as if they had no idea....didn't seem to even remember the appointment. The man on the phone was apologetic, but I need someone who is reliable. My husband took a day off from work for nothing. We will be rescheduling with another company.

These clowns took advantage of me as a new homeowner Last Summer and charged me $405 for an ac tune up!!! Shame on me for not doing more research but I was overwhelmed with just moving into a new house, they'll never catch me or anyone I know out there again though!!! Steer clear of this business!

Came home from vacation to a clogged toilet drain. Called Cestero plumbing. They were busy doing heating calls, understandable, but said he would get here as soon as he could...showed up late at night assed the problem and returned the next day in the snow storm and fixed the problem..I had a problem with one of his employees a while back, and gave them a very bad review..the employee is no longer with them. I could not be happier with the service they provided this time.. I will recommend them to anyone that has a problem..

Steam pipe leak in an older house, showed up immediately to see and next day repaired and took care of a leaky faucet and a bad sink drain as well. All before noon and quite reasonable. Highly recommended, I wish everyone were this professional.

Kitchen sink wouldn't drain! Not easy to get through a day without a kitchen sink. Contacted a young plumber via a local FB page: he had gotten great reviews.

Well, while sweet and polite, he was also young and not equipped to deal with our problem which was a clogged sink drain that needed an extra long snake to get through muck!

He suggested I might replace my copper pipe with a pvc to the tune of $800; well, my husband said, ""um, why don't we try getting it snaked!?!""

Next day I called Cestaro and they got here a few hours later, making way on their busy schedule for me.

I think the one partner who came to my house was Victor? At any rate, he knew exactly what to do, got the snaking done, and, after finding a dirty rectangle of shammy cloth (to my eye) unclogged the drain and had the sink working in about an hour's time.

He knew what he was about, he had the equipment, and he got the sink working. They are, indeed, #1 in a # 2 business Thanks guys!
