My hot water heater went out on a Sunday. Beau (owner) came out to look at it on a Sunday (his day off) and got the spark mechanism back working so I could have hot water again.

Was more than timely, professional, and explained what was going on. Also charged a reasonable rate for Sunday emergency work.

I will def have him back to replace the water heater and other residential plumbing stuff. Thank you again!

We noticed a wet spot in our downstairs ceiling, below or master shower and thought, uh-oh! We have never had to engage a plumber in this house so we didn't know who to call that we could trust. My wife decided to check out the app, Next Door, and we quickly found a few other people in our neighborhood with positive experiences with Vincelli Plumbing. We called them and Beau was able to come out the next morning. He was on time, friendly, took the time to explain what he was going to do, got our approval and then got our leak repaired quickly. He cleaned his mess and showed us his handiwork before he left. One thing to note, he didn't volunteer his pricing and I got the feeling that if I had not asked beforehand, he would not have told me how much it would cost until after the repair which of course would have been too late for me to decide if it was affordable. I did ask and was told a rate that seemed fair considering it was an emergency and how fast he was able to get out and do the work. Later in day, Beau went out of his way to call me with a referral to a Sheetrock repair guy (since I was left with a big hole in my ceiling). I found the experience with Beau from Vincelli exceptionally good and would highly recommend him. Just make sure you ask what your job will cost so you're not surprised!

Had a leak coming from one of the upstairs bathrooms that was dripping water into the ceiling. Had another plumbing company come by two months ago and they did some unclogging and replaced wax ring for the master bathroom toilet. A few weeks later the same leak appeared again. We called Beau Vincelli, and he showed up within the same week for a home visit to check out the problem. He spent about a half hour and gave us some clues and insights on to what may be going on. He did not charge us, though we offered to pay for his time. Very nice, very professional, and very busy and we were lucky to have him come by.

Highly recommended. Will no doubt have him return once we do some more sleuthing to narrow down the leak.

Our water service line sprung a leak late on a Friday afternoon. The water company came out and shut off the water, but it was our responsibility to repair the leak. We tried several plumbing companies and either they weren't open on the weekends, or said they would call back and they didn't.

On Sunday we ran across Vincelli plumbing and called in in the afternoo. Beau came out that evening and identified the problem. He scheduled us for the next day. He fixed the problem and we had water again. Beau is knowledgeable and personable. We will definitely use him again for our plumbing needs.

We would strongly recommend that you get a quote on the cost of your repair. We didn't do that and were quite startled by the cost of the minor plumbing repair. However, he was very accommodating but we felt the final bill was much more than we anticipated. Our fault for not asking up front.

We called Vincelli Plumbing this evening after breaking an outdoor valve on the eve of a cold snap He came right over and fixed the issue quickly-now we have water to our house again!! He also went the extra mile to give some tips about maintenance and charged a very fair price. Thank you, Beau!!

Beau unclogged my bathroom tub and sink. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. He even dried and re-organized my items under the sink after they got a little wet :)

I asked about other issues with the water heater and the toilet and he answered my questions and told me how I might be able to fix these things on my own.

Will definitely call again if I need plumbing help.

2020 Sucks. But so thankful for finding Beau. So glad he moved to Portland. He knows his stuff. His father taught him the ropes as a kid and he has done it all. He put in a new toilet for us and did several small jobs. As he's new to the area and still building up his business, he is not going to rip you off as a local big plumbing business did to us. Do yourself a favor and call him. He is trustworthy and you can rely on Beau to get the job done without breaking the bank!

Labor Day and my kitchen sink was clogged and my washing machine kept spilling water in the garage. I called around and no one was open. I left several messages and finally I heard from Beau!! He promised to come out later that day. I couldn't believe it!! He came explained the problem fixed it all and was as friendly as could be. I was so happy to write a check for his services but I remembered the wrong amount and he said ""NO THAT'S TOO MUCH""! Imagine that! I was so impressed that i volunteered on the spot to write a review for him. I didn't have time that day doing dishes and washing clothes etc so I planned on the next day. Next day came and the Holiday Farm WIldfire started in Mckenzie River area. My brother had to evacuate and barely escaped with his life. Needless to say we have been busy following the news of the fire there and dodging the smoke here in POrtland. I tell you all this because I want all to know despite all the problems we have been going through I didn't want to forget to write this review. Beau did a great job, was honest and friendly and came out when no one else would! So if you need help think of Beau!!
