I had a nasty clogged pipe which was causing my toilet and shower to back up. After dealing with multiple ""Plumbers"" who just gave me the runaround, Vince came out and took a look then fixed the clog with no problem. He also price matched for me. The handle in my bathroom ended up breaking and I could not turn the water on or off . I was able to get a hold of Vince and was able to have an appointment quickly where he came over and changed out the entire handle which included cutting into the shower wall, replacing the back copper plumbing, soldering the new plumbing fixtures to a new one that turned the water on and off along with hot and cold vs the old model. his price was 500 to 800 less than 3 other quotes I received for the same service. would highly recommend.
