Its never a good time to call a plumber and when you do hours turn to days ... not so much with my new best friend Julio!! He responded to my repair request promptly, he gave me a fair estimate, (even tho I added some things), showed up when promised and did the job completely, fairly and efficiently. I mean, really what more can you ask for?? Oh wait ... I did this all from the comfort of my home 2 hours away (this is a rental) SO you can add trustworthy as well. I hope I never have to use Julio at Villegas Plumbing, but if I do I have the comfort of knowing I dont have to stress at all.

These days I am always skeptical of reviews, both good and bad. I am so happy that I decided to give them a try. My shower has been leaking and I've been unable to repair it myself. They responded to my request almost right away and were able to come the next day for my nonemergency. They were prompt and great about communicating what was needed and my options. They were quick and did a great job and left it clean as well. For the parts and service and quality of work, the price was more than fair. It was worth every penny. I will definitely be calling them first for all my plumbing needs.

I called for a plumber to install a new toilet. Julio came the next day and installed my toilet and fixed the leaking valve. His work is excellent . He paid attention to the small details I wanted done. I will be using him in the future.

We had a blocked drain pipe under our house and due to storm damage throughout the area could not get our usual plumbers to come. We were desperate. When we called Villegas Plumbing, Julio answered the phone immediately and told us he could schedule us the next day. He came as promised and discovered the cause of our constant drainage problem. He came back the next day with the supplies and spent several hours repairing and propping up pipes. He was amazing.

The charge was more than fair and actually on the low side.

We will use Villegas Plumbing for our needs in Pacific Grove from now on.
