Initially, Villas Plumbing presents well and leads you to believe their base $39 fee is going to lead to an affordable job. However, when the salesperson arrived (not the plumber), it was evident they want to maxi their profit and don't seem focused on the customer.

Not only was their estimate for an leaky wafter supply line at least double that of other plumbers, they also tried to convince me to replace additional pipes even though my house is around 7 years old.

After I had the repair done by someone else at a much lesser cost, Villas Plumbing contacting me again to follow up. I told them I went with someone else at a lesser cost and asked if they would have reduced their cost whwn they found and repaired the issue. Villas Plimbing never responded.

Stay away from this company.They care far more about their profits than customers.

Overpriced they wanted over 2000 just to locate a loose fitting in my natural gasoline. It was a 12 foot above the ground line with a loose fitting.​​

The response time to my request was same day. Communication was quick. The service requested was simple and since I already had the parts it was a quick installation. "RACE" my technician and his assistant were fast and the shower head is replaced.
Only downside, with this new technology in todays world the company does not offer a way to pay with ZELLE, VENMO, CashApp or online don't like giving out my debit card info reason for not rating 5 stars.
