Made an appointment to replace a shower valve the next day from 1-2pm. Never showed up. No call, no show. If they can not even be trusted to keep an appointment how could you trust them to work on plumbing in your home? Super unprofessional, and days later i'm still trying to get my shower working again.

Do yourself a favor, and look elsewhere for a plumber. Had these guys do some work a few different times over the last few years, and had to have it all redone on numerous occasions. Fees are very high, parts and equipment are the cheapest they can buy, and have to be replaced shortly afterward. Twice came back and wanted $139 to tell us our water softner was working, and it wasn't. $100 to replace a $3 part in the toilet. there guys are horrible. Known as the Village Idiots by their peers in the business. AGAIN....look elsewhere!
