For some reason he will not answer our phone calls or
texts. Never explained why, just turned us down cold.
We haven't done anything to offend him, but he won't
offer any explanation whatsoever! We liked his work
but feel like we were treated unfairly by him.

Once he determined the issue, he recommended an industrial sewer person and did not charge us anything for the call. Highly recommend this helpful, honest and professional company!

Really disappointed with our experience. Doug was referred to us by a family member who said he was super reliable and could help us quickly. We were on a deadline to get our home inspected and asked if he could come by to take a look at an old water heater. He said he didn't need to come by and all we needed to do was send him photos of the water heater so he could assess it over the phone. We took the photos earlier that day to send, but later got an angry call from him that afternoon because he was waiting at the home to meet us and we weren't there. He never gave us a time or date to meet him there, and we obviously would not have access to the home without giving the seller notice. After his unfriendly attitude over the phone, he then refused to work with us and take any responsibility for the miscommunication. Of course he didn't inform us he was no longer going to provide us a quote until a few days later. Very unprofessional, unkind and disappointing.
