We will always call Village Plumbing when we need a plumber. We had a problem with our kitchen faucet not working and Doug came over right away and fixed it fast and efficiently. He is reliable, kind and highly recommended!

Really disappointed with our experience. Doug was referred to us by a family member who said he was super reliable and could help us quickly. We were on a deadline to get our home inspected and asked if he could come by to take a look at an old water heater. He said he didn't need to come by and all we needed to do was send him photos of the water heater so he could assess it over the phone. We took the photos earlier that day to send, but later got an angry call from him that afternoon because he was waiting at the home to meet us and we weren't there. He never gave us a time or date to meet him there, and we obviously would not have access to the home without giving the seller notice. After his unfriendly attitude over the phone, he then refused to work with us and take any responsibility for the miscommunication. Of course he didn't inform us he was no longer going to provide us a quote until a few days later. Very unprofessional, unkind and disappointing.

Found Doug through Nextdoor.com with high recommendations, so we called him to fix two leaky valves we had in our upstairs bedroom. He came out on time, fixed both items, was professional and courteous. Thumbs up all around and we will definitely use him again in the near future!!

Had an emergency hot water heater issue-new to the area and didn't know anyone. Found them on yelp. Came to house within 30 minutes and fixed problem. Very reasonable charge. Would recommend Doug to anyone.

Had an urgent plumbing issue. Called the business and Douglas arrived within the hour. The job required cutting the interior wall to access the plumbing. He did an excellent job fixing the problem and cleaning up the wall afterwards. Highly recommend!
