Joe, our service technician, arrived on time and replaced our outside faucet bib. He also replaced a section of pipe inside the wall where it leads to the outside. He used a much better faucet than the one I purchased. He did a great job and charged us the price quoted by phone despite doing more than requested (better faucet and pipe replacement)!
