My experience with Walter was down-to-earth while being professional.

I'm fairly handy, however when it comes to plumbing [and electrical] - I call in the pros. My specific issue was a kitchen sink issue, clogged with some leaking pipes. Walter fixed the issue right away, and also made a made an important recommendation on modifying the water pressure - which could potentially creating some future expensive plumbing issues.

I had a sense he wasn't going to charge me for the appointment, since the fix was quickly resolved, however I paid him for the requested issue, and I'll most likely hire him to install a water pressure regulator for my home.

Walter seemed great at first because he could come out next day for a plumbing inspection. He told us that the entire house needed to be repiped, but we never got the written report that was promised, even after following up with him 3 times. Charged us $400 for that.

We called Walter to set up the plumbing/electrical work for an outdoor kitchen and we were extremely pleased with the end result. He even installed a granite backsplash for the outdoor kitchen from leftover granite slabs we had from a previous kitchen remodel. He was very professional and meticulous in his work, and he went above and beyond what the job called for. We'll definitely be calling Walter again for any future plumbing needs.
