With out a doubt the best service I have ever received. I have a tank-less hot water heater. 2 years ago it failed and the only service company was a company called Blue Lotus Water Technology. They were HORRIBLE. They over charged me were rude and never finished the job. STAY AWAY from them. I almost took the tank-less out if they were the only service company available. I was thrilled to see Villa as a service company for Rannai as my water heater stopped working this morning. AJ came out and trouble shot the issue, got me up and running quick and didn't even charge me!
He now has a customer for life.
I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing.

Worst company ever. They duck calls and leave you on hold forever. If your home warranty company tells you to go to Villa, I strongly suggest you tell them you don't want to use Villa and the warranty company should break off their contract with this shoddy company.
I'm actually calling them right now and have been on hold for over 30 minutes. We left 2 messages for call back over 2 days. No response. Worst customer service ever.
I'll update this once they come out to do the work -- if they ever get back to us.

Villa plumbing was awesome! We found them through our home warranty company. Our water heater broke and they came out right away. They were very responsive and even drove to get parts immediately and after hours. They had a great professional attitude and even helped with a couple other plumbing issues around the house. I would highly recommend them!

TERRIBLE, incompetent service from the technicians to the owner of the company!
Our home warranty company sent them to check out a leak. The tech. Ryan said that the shower needed caulk and that his dad could do it at our expense. He did not check for a leak at all. His dad came privately and charged us $90 to put a line of caulk around the base of the shower. The leak continued, seeping through the caulk and ruining the $90 job we had contracted privately. I called the home warranty company back and Villa Plumbing came and fixed something on the toilet, which is now loose. The leak continued. Ryan from Villa Plumbing came back a third time and said that the shower pan was leaking and that it would not be covered by the warranty. I couldn't see how it could be the shower pan as the leak was coming from above that location, so I pressed him to look further. He insisted it was the shower pan until he punched many holes in the wall and found that the shower valve was leaking heavily (over a month now as he didn't find it the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time at our house). Then he tried to take the hardware off to get the valve, and was using a POWER SAW on our bronze hardware, trying to remove it by cutting it off. I asked him why he was destroying my perfectly good hardware and he said that he didn't have a flat head screwdriver to take it off correctly. Yes, you read that right. Then he proceeded to take the chunks of drywall that he had peeled off the wall and stuff them into the space with insulation between the walls, where the leak was, so the whole area is wet, moldy, and now filled with trash. He took my bronze hardware claiming that he was going to find replacement parts. I called them every day for a month, emailed three times, and kept getting the same message, that they were still trying to get a hold of the manufacturer to get prices on the parts. Somehow when I called the manufacturer it took them about five minutes to get the information to me. I asked them to return my hardware and am still waiting for the pieces, approximately two months later. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

Worst plumbing experience ever, we agreed on the service fee for the repairs, when I got my cc bill, they overcharged me an amount that I didn't authorize, they day after they fixed the problem, the problem was back and even worst... i think my grandma who know nothing about plumbing could do a better job..... i'm even thinking about reporting them to the BBB

Villa plumbing was referred to us by our home warrantee company when we had a pipe overflow issue. They suggested video camera inspection. We used their service which cost us $275. After the inspection, they told us it was tree root intrusion into pipe. They sent us a very vague description of the location and a video which showed nothing but a camera view of a dark pipe. They estimated over $1200 if we hire them to do the work. When we decided to hire someone else to do it and asked them for a detailed report with a diagram for the exact location of the root intrusion, they stopped responding to us. We called them, emailed them and left messages multiple times, but never heard back from them. We had to hire someone to open up the pipe based on the 2 line description they gave us earlier and of course we couldn't find any issue.
It's been over a couple of months and we are still not able to get in touch with them. I consider the inspection job not done as they never let us know the exact location of the problem after charging us the money for the video camera inspection.

This has got to be one of the worst plumbing companies out there! Our experience was awful with them! If i could give negative stars I would.
They were sent out by our home warranty company, initially when they came out the technician they sent couldn't do anything, so he called his boss and told us they would send someone else out. Over a week passed before they sent someone else out, we called and asked them to come out sooner they were too busy. Meanwhile our house didn't have functioning plumbing.
They finally came out a week later and said the problem was in our sewer line that was not under the foundation of the house and therefore not covered by the home warranty. We fixed that problem and our plumbing still didn't work, so we had Villa come back out.
They were useless when they came back out, saying that the problem was still the sewer line and that it wasn't covered. They then reported to the warranty company that we didn't fix the problem not covered by the warranty so the warranty company was then upset that we reported the claim.
Two days later we got a good plumber to come and look at the problem, within 15 minutes he figured out where the problem was and fixed it that afternoon. The problem was under the house which should have been covered by our warranty, but since these guys reported otherwise we didn't get it covered.
They caused us two weeks worth of hassle, one week worth of my husband missing work to deal with plumbers, 4 nights in a hotel since our house was not usable, and the cost of the repair that should have been covered by our home warranty.
I would never wish these guys on anyone, completely useless and not at all professional!

Our home warranty company referred us to Villa Plumping to deal with our sewer line backing up. They helped snake our main line several times and were always fast to respond and come out and help.
When it was clear we had to replace the entire line--no amount of snaking would do it--they credited the previous work snaking the line and installing a clearout to the full replacement job. Awesome.
The main sewer replacement job went smooth. They handled all the details with the city. They finished right when they said they would and did an awesome job cleaning up. They even avoided leaving any muddy foot prints in the house at my wife's request.
Just an awesome job all around. Ryan and Alonso and the rest of the team are great guys. Refreshing to deal with a quality contractor who communicates so well!

i just had the worse experience with a company that has no common sense and their pride of work is the lowest of the lowest. The work that was done is easily comparable to that of a apprentice out of high school.
So here is the situation, we call the home warranty and had villa plumbing recomended. They came out and determined the toilet flange was no good that caused the leak and ruined the subfloors in the bathroom. The home warranty would only cover the bad flange and not the ruined floor that was caused. The tech came and asked that i cut the subfloor back enough so he has access to replace a peice of pipe section along with the flange. I specifically told the installed to leave enough pipe since we are going to be installing tile.
Once the work was complete, the flange sat even with the sub floor. the installer said to lif the pipe with a block of wood from under.... i explained to the guy that this is not right because the pipe is now going to be sitting at an angle and not flush with the above flooring that would be installed. I called the manager @ villa and his reply back ""the tech replaced it exactly the way it was before, and the insurance would not cover for extra piping!"" ..... i should just screw it down and it should hold, i let the guy know that nothing should be wedged, screwed to make it work, everything should fit nicely with no prying, screwing or mickey mouse to make the flange sit flush...
im still waiting for them to come out and fix the issue, but so far i give them a 1 star. if i could give them -5, i would.
if anyone is going to use them or the home warranty is going to send them out, please stop them and request a different company.

Villa plumbing was sent to me by American Home Shield (home warranty company) for a toilet repair.
I was very uncomfortable having them do the repair after reading the reviews here. However, I have to say that the biggest problem I had was dealing with AHS. They wanted to replace my toilet with the cheapest one (builder grade) or pay me $10 (after $60 service fee) to get one on my own. AHS is really not worth having but that's another matter.
I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with Villa Plumbing. For the initial appointment, the technician was on time, professional and courteous. I had to deal with the owner, Alonso, to coordinate with AHS and select the toilet I wanted. I corresponded with him via email (which was my preference). I was amazed at how professional and courteous in all our communication.
The tech came back with the toilet that I chose, which they went and picked up at Home Depot, on time, and installed the new toilet without an incident.
The only reason I gave them 4 starts instead of 5 is because they got back to me on Wed instead of Monday with the information I'd requested on a particular toilet.
Overall, I am very satisfied with them... and I'm not the easiest person to please.
