Had to use this service because of my home warranty. What a nightmare. Too lazy to fix the real problem. Does not respond to any after hour calls. Richard was the ""expert"" plumber available and could not snake the clog. He has caused me all sorts of problems with my home warranty coverage. Called Tony's Plumbing out the next day. He snaked the clog, was really nice, efficient and have had not problems since. I had to pay out of pocket but I will NEVER EVER use Villa Plumbing ever again.

They don't deserve any stars. Every time they come to my house to diagnose & fix a problem, they haven't done a squat. This is one of the worst service ever. If your warranty company tries to send them, write in the request not to send the.

AVOID VILLA PLUMBING AT ALL COST!

The owner of this company AJ stole over $3,000 from me and my family by asking us to pay up front for a plumbing job he never finished. They showed up, did one day of work, and never returned. Then they never answered the phone again, never returned a message...just vanished.

LAMEST SERVICE EVER!

We have a home warranty plan, who we called to schedule an appointment for repair of our water heater on a Monday, they sent Villa Plumbing. Richard from Villa Plumbing arrived that Friday afternoon, he told us that it was not an ""emergency"" and he wouldn't be able to do the necessary repairs/replacements needed until the following week. Richard returned the following Tuesday and replaced our water heater. YAY!

Wednesday night we no longer had hot water, and called Villa's Plumbing Thursday morning. They would send the repair guy out on Friday.

Friday LATE afternoon, a different repair guy shows up, seems like he's very interested in getting his weekend started, and hardly says 2 words to me. He finally tells me that it's a manufacture problem with the tank, but he's crossed the wires and was able to get the pilot lit.

I quickly forget how irritated I was at his lackadaisical work ethic, as I realized I can take a nice, warm shower... ahhhh

Sunday night - no hot water!!! We call first thing Monday morning, and the earliest appointment is WEDNESDAY!!???!?!? Are you freaking kidding me??? We try to explain that this is an ongoing problem and we should have some sort of priority since they've already been to our house 3 times... my pleas fell on deaf ears.

Wednesday rolls around, and the same guy from Friday shows up, and after looking at the water heater for 15-20 minutes, comes in and says ..... wait for it .... ""it's a manufacturing problem, and they don't have the parts in stock""

Okay, didn't you know that this was a manufacturing problem last Friday... 5 DAYS AGO???? But you didn't think to call and check on parts then, or any of the 5 days between then and now????

Richard finally came this morning (Tuesday) and replaced the pilot light switch wiring, and was super apologetic, explaining some of the obstacles he faces working with his crew. He was the only person who ever seemed like he knew what he was doing, or even cared about our situation -- no hot... or even warm water for TWO WEEKS!!!! So, thank you Richard, you're a saint. I would strangle my co-workers if I were you!

Bottom line: STEAR CLEAR of this place, they are beyond L-A-M-E!!!!!!!! BUT... if your home warranty uses this place, and you can't get them to use another place... ASK FOR RICHARD!!!!

Awful. My nightmare started when a hot water circulation pump was giving me trouble. It took a week to get an appointment for a repair man to come out to the house -- when he did I was shocked that he only spend about 5 minutes (5-10 seconds looking at the pump and 4 minutes writing up the bill). Ok, whatever -- he said he needed to order a new pump. I reminded him I wanted one with all the same features and he said no problem.

Sure enough the pump they ordered didn't have all the same features and the company actually proceeded to tell me my old pump didn't have some of the features I was requesting! So I had to look up the specs myself in order to prove they did (even though some of them were obvious). The customer service lady was strange, unfriendly and sometimes rude.

I really wanted to give this place only one star but felt obligated to add another since he manager made an effort to come to my house. At the end of the day however the company had me feeling taken advantage of and no one likes that!

For the love of God, stay away.

These guys are a joke. Don't waste your time - and they will definitely waste it. Unbelievably horrible service. After they screwed around for literally four weeks. I was referred to Scott over at http://www.plumbingamericanow.com/ and they talked to me over the weekend and were out first thing Monday, fixing my issue in 15 minutes.

I sold an ink cartridge from my business to this guy back on 09-28-12. Total $43.29
To this date. JULY 2013 he has not responded to any of my emails, phone calls even dropping in on his place in Hollister. NEVER paid the invoice. I would not deal with this company at all. Do not support him. Plenty of other plumbing company's out there.

I have nothing but praise for Andrew at Villa Plumbing. He came out and inspected the washer drainage, snaked the line and realized that the bottom part of the tubing that shapes a U needed to be replaced. This took care of the problem. He was the first of 2 plumbers that realized the tube needed to be replaced.

Since this repair, I have seen the negative reviews on this company. I probably wouldn't have chosen them, but my warranty program made the appointment for me. However, I was sincerely impressed with Andrew and will be calling Villa Plumbing again for any future issues - and I will be requesting Andrew!!

We've been having problems with our kitchen sink, dishwasher, and washing machine drain since we bought our house. My partner and I are pretty handy, so we tried snaking the mainline ourselves. It didn't solve the problem, we knew we needed a plumber so I set up service through our home warranty, which set up service through this company. Unfortunately the service appointment was requested on Thursday, the earliest the service could be set up was 9 a.m. through 1 p.m. Monday. So this morning (Monday) Andrew showed up promptly at 9:15, and he called exactly 30 minutes before arriving like the rep I spoke to on Thursday said he would. He wasted no time proceeding to try to snake through the washing machine drain line like my partner and I had tried. He came to the exact same conclusion we did, which was that we need to have a cleanout installed. He seemed very honest, and very competent. Explained that isn't covered under the warranty (which I knew it wasn't I read every word of it, and knew that was spelled out that it was not covered), quoted me a very reasonable price to install one, and unlike what other folks had experienced on here (like the guy that had a hole knocked in his wall) he told me it was up to us to have the wall opened up before he could install the cleanout, that it would be up to us to patch it. The situation seems like the exact way it should have been handled by a competent professional plumber. Hopefully with a plumber like Andrew, this company's ratings will go up. The only reason this review isn't 5 stars is that it took 4 days to get Andrew out here (not his fault).
