Called this company, as it is one of the four that is under contract with OLD REPUBLIC HOME WARRANTY!!!!!!! Lady answered phone and BEFORE she would even talk to me she DEMANDED that I tell her whether or not I was using a home warranty program. Stated that it would be two days before they would send out a tech to look at water heater that was not working! I was told that they only have 5 tech's working a very large service area. POOR reviews to match poor service including CRAP customer service from OLD REPUBLIC HOME WARRANTY!!!!

Attitude and not truly interested in doing your job if it means an ounce of energy they have to put into it. Poor customer service and plumbing services

My home warranty assigned this firm out to snake a backed up drain line. Andrew came out on time and took care of business.

My home insurance sent me to Villa plumbing after I argued that the first plumber had no clue what to do.
Andrew was very helpful and quick to resolve the issue.

I have had a horrible experience with Villa Plumbing. This business is seriously lacking in professionalism and workmanship, and I would suggest to avoid them if possible.
My home warranty plan sent villa plumbing for a bathroom faucet leak. As soon as they arrived I was told that the faucet had to be replaced, but it would take them 10 DAYS to order the part -- a common faucet available everywhere in home improvement stores. Meanwhile I have two buckets and towels beneath the sink picking up water.
Okay, so 10 days later... they finally came with the parts and replaced the faucet but while doing so a water supply valve beneath the sink was damaged and started dripping water under the hood! To make matters worse, the plumber ignored the problem and told us that the repair was ""all done""! This actually made the leak worse because it went unnoticed for a few hours until the whole vanity cabinet was flooded.
Now I'm dealing with a soaking wet cabinet and also some water damaged on the bathroom floors and baseboards. It is really horrible.

My home warranty assigned villa plumbing and after reading the reviews I was skeptical.
Stella called promptly to schedule the appointment. Plumbers were on time, diagnosed the problem, then came back a few days later to do the repair. They had to cut into the wall so they had to come back again to repair the wall.
Overall, I was satisfied with the work.

This plumber was assigned to me to fix water pressure regulator and garbage disposal by First American homebuyer insurance. Like many people, I was kinda worried when I saw the Yelp reviews. Insurance company told me to give it a try, if it didn't work, then we could try others.
Fortunately, I'd say the experience is great and way beyond my expectation: flexible appointment slots, technicians stop by on time (call you 30 minutes before they arrive), polite, knowledge and easy to work with.
And kudos to their tech, especially Andrew! He is sincere, friendly and does his work efficiently. Within an hour, he's got water pressure regulator and garbage disposal replaced. The work quality is also superb. I'll definitely use this plumber again even without insurance and recommend it to my friends.
If you were worried at first like me, try Andrew and I bet you will have great experiences.

They are always booked, therefore it takes too long to schedule an appointment.
The plumber wanted me to remove my bathroom sink cabinet, since he said ""only a midget could fix that"". I went through another company & the other plumber was even bigger but was able to fix my bathtub faucet.

Wow---- nearly 30 overwhelmingly bad reviews. You'd think a business would want to improve with those kinds of ratings. Rotten experience---- just like other reviewers our home warranty sent us here-sheeeeeeesh to deal with our (very expensive) hot water heater. Completely unhelpful and gave us vague jargon about the problem--- now it's broken again.

Was expecting and prepared for the worst ... had the best experience ever!
Logged a service call for repairing Garbage disposer via home warranty on Thursday late evening ... got a response from Villa Plumbing to schedule appointment first thing early Friday morning. They were able to schedule me for the same morning, and the issue was resolved fully by mid-morning. Instead of trying to replace the Garbage disposer with the exact same spec, which would have taken another appointment for next week, Trevor (the service professional) replaced it with a slightly better spec one that he had with him.
Trevor was truly a professional, even though still young ... he was courteous, diligent (made sure everything worked properly, with no leaks), respectful of my house (cleaned up after he was done), and did not even accept a tip (I have never experienced that till date in the service industry).
I know it might appear that I am an anomaly among all the bad reviews, but I wanted to share my genuine awesome experience end-to-end ... yes, it was for a relatively small issue, but it should still count.
