I called Vilandre's to have a serviceman come out, repair the vent pipe and install a new vent cap on the exterior of the home. I called the after hours service and tried to explain my problem. First, the lady did not understand the issue, then she laughed at me and said, I don't think you know who you are calling. Are you sure you are calling the right place? She laughed at me. Customer service like this is disgraceful.
