This is the 2nd time we've used Viking Sewer & Drainage. With all the rain we've had our battery operated sump pump was spewing water even though everything looked fine. Jeff came within 30min on a Sunday and was able to quickly resolve the problem. It didn't break the bank either. I highly recommend them!

While on vacation my daughter was staying at my house and she called and advise that there was a leak. Called my HVAC guy and he suggested Jeff. It was Saturday and Jeff said he'd go to my house even though he was booked, checked it out, made sure the leak was contained and came back a few days later to install a new outdoor silcock that was the issue. Very reasonable rate especially considering that he had to come by the house twice - essentially didn't charge to come out on Saturday to ensure everything was OK.
