on may 8 and 10th jay came to discsonnet and reconnect my water lines for a new counter, he also had to adjust pipes for the depth of the new sink. he is great!!! did all the work professionally and was good at analyzing the needs. thank you jo

I have used viking plumbing for my plumbing needs. However, since a different company has now purchased Viking, they have changed. Requested a consultation for new toilets. Plumber, Angel, came and gave me a quote. He said scheduling would call that day to schedule a time for Thursday. No call. I called on Wednesday. They didn't have me in the schedule. Said they would contact Angel and call me back. Again, no call. If this is how they run their business, I want no part. I will not beg a company to take my money.

Scheduled an appointment and not only did no one show up, they also didn't bother to give a courtesy call to reschedule. As a business, super unprofessional. I recommend looking elsewhere

Have used Viking Plumbing a couple of times, and they've been great!

Competent, professional, plumbers that do the work quickly and for a fair price. (Currently, minimum first half hour $98, $39/15min after---no additional trip fee.)

This most recent visit, I had a nasty clog cleared and a bidet installed (yeah, I know I could have done these myself, but it was worth $350 to have someone else do it---it was a nasty clog!)

Highly recommend and will use their services again!

(As an aside, I had to get some botched electrical work fixed quickly, and Viking recommended Nelco Electric---who was also great!)

This afternoon we discovered our laundry room sink was clogged. I called Viking and they said we will send someone right over. Amazing, given the current environment of short staffing. The plumber Matt, did a great job professional and expedient. I would highly recommend Viking plumbing!

My basement started flooding in late afternoon on Feb 3rd. I googled ""plumbers:. I called 3 plumbers who had no availability for an emergency call. Finally, I called Viking. They were at my house within 30 minutes. and unclogged a nasty sewer line. The gentlemen that arrived were really nice and helpful. VIKING should be your first call!!. It will be mine from now on.

I have used Viking several times over the past three years. In every case, they have been extremely professional and performed top notch work. Jesse in particular has been over most of the time, and he has been great. Work completed was always top notch, from installation of new sinks and dishwasher, to replumbing our laundry room when we remodeled, and to sewage back-up in the basement. I appreciate how they walk me through the process, explain the issues and potential fixes, and treat me like a human being, (which is quite welcome since I don't know squat about plumbing.) I will continue to use their awesome service, and they are on my top list for all plumbing work.

Very professional, on time, and fair price. He even called me back right away when I texted him a week later with a question about me trying to install a flood guard on my own. He explained what I was doing wrong and walked me through it.
