Sigh....we heard great things, but we had an appointment today to get a quote and my husband worked from home to make sure that someone would be here all day. No call, no show, nothing. We would have understand if it needed to get rescheduled, but to just not show up, it just wasn't very professional.

Jesse and team came out to check on my well; after being highly recommended. However he never followed through. Three appointments have been missed for ""whatever reasons"" first one; fine busy day and can't get to my house. Second one: guy went to the wrong house which jesse argued with me saying the job is done. Third time; another emergency situation where he couldn't show up on time.

All are fine and explainable BUT each time I had to call to get information. Based on my experience I would use someone else.

I'm not one to post/write reviews, but after meeting and working with Jeff the owner operator of Viking Plumbing, LLC, I wanted to express my gratitude for a job, not just well done, but a job done exceptionally well. Viking installed my new Pelican Water System with complete professionalism even though it was an unknown system to them. As a customer who likes to watch the action and learn how things are done, I never once felt like I was getting in the way of the installation. I'm glad that Viking Plumbing answered the call to perform this install, and I can guarantee that when I need to make that call again Viking Plumbing will be at the top of my list. 703-297-1875

Jeff is reliable and communicative. I originally called him when my pipes had frozen up. I set up a time for him to come over and then called him back to let him know the pipe thawed out on it own and everything seemed okay. He drove out anyway just to inspect and didn't charge me a dime when he found everything to be in working order. Since then, I had him come over to replace some old PVC pipe with copper. He was fast and his bill was right where he estimated it would be beforehand.

Had a pipe burst on a Sunday night and called Viking Plumbing hoping somebody could come by to fix the emergency. Jeff picked up and was at my location within minutes ready to go. He quickly assessed the situation, took proper action to remedy the burst, and provided honest advice on possible steps to have the water damage repaired. Great company.
