Recommended Customer Reviews

It's obvious Terry takes pride in his company. He is quick to answer his phone and get to your home where ever you live in Orange County. He is a true professional and has owned his company since the early 80's. He continues to give excellent, professional and thorough service at very competitive and reasonable prices. Being in the real estate business in Irvine, we will only partner with people and service we trust to give excellent customer service, Terry has definitely made that list.

Terry installed a water treatment system for us. Top notch work. Very professional. He even waxed the tanks when he was done. In a word: Wow!

Terry did a FANTASTIC job for us!
He replaced a water pressure regulator, a spigot and an anti-siphon valve. He is professional, thorough and has a great attention to detail. We have found a plumber for life! Thanks, Terry!

My father told me that a plumbing license is a license to steal.
I guess what's sad is that Terry is probably a decent plumber. However, Terry has no concept of customer service. Terry thinks his plumbing is on a par with curing cancer and everything is at his convenience. Having apartments, he has never been available when I really needed him. After a slab leak (which he was not available to help and I had to call someone else) I had him reroute some copper lines and change out some shutoff valves. While changing out the main shutoff valve he caused a leak and left the property. My tenant was left to call me and tell me about the leak!
The leak was due to the fact that the valve that Terry was soldering was attached to a plastic service. Of course, Terry denied this was his fault because the plastic could not be seen. However, you can see that the water service is plastic in the meter box and at another place where the water service enters the building. In doing his due diligence he should have known.
OK, things happen -- but to always blame everybody else, leave the property with a leak (he caused), and then charge me to fix it? Terry feels he is so good he doesn't care if anyone calls him back....I won't be. I would advise that you don't either.
BTW.....he charges a lot for this too!
