Mark Viggiani, own of the plumbing shop, is very nice and seems to truly value his clients. I called about a running toilet, and he sent his team over with a day and worked around my schedule. The plumbers that actually showed up were very friendly. One was definitely more talented than the other, and they did have to come back because there was still a slight gargling after the first attempt, but all-in-all I was happy enough....Granted I have nothing to compare it to, but the customer service was great, hence the 4 stars.
