When I first called in and talked to Dave I pretty much was going on and on about how I have been running out of hot water constantly. I mean it was almost on a daily basis which is why I was calling in the first place. Dave discussed a lot of different options with me and made sure I knew everything there was to know before making a decision with what I wanted to do. I ended up buying a tankless water heater because of him but I honestly haven't been happier. Was it expensive? Yeah definitely. Was it worth the money? Absolutely. I never have to worry about running out of hot water and it's made my life so much easier. When Dave installed my water heater that afternoon he didn't have any issues. He was a really nice gentleman.

I recently used Victory Water Heaters and I can see why they have a perfect 5 star rating. They are very helpful and made sure that my situation was taken care of immediately!

I called in last minute to have my water heater repaired. I was in a bit of a panic because I had friends visiting from out of town and I couldn't let them take a cold shower! I called in on Thursday and they sent out a plumber that same afternoon. He repaired it quickly and my friends and I never had to experience the uncomfortable feeling of a cold shower! I can't stress enough how fast and efficient the service was.

I just wanted to share my great experience with the Victory guys. They were very professional and on time which is huge for me. They were also honest about the problems with my water heater and charged me the same price as they originally quoted me.

Drew was who they sent out. He was personable and had a lot of knowledge behind plumbing and water heaters. If you're looking for someone to repair your pilot light be sure to give them a call.

I was very impressed by the service received from Victory Water Heaters, from start to finish. It's always tough to choose which company to go with when there are so many, but I started with Victory because of the great reviews. They did not disappoint.

When I called the receptionist, I received an immediate and friendly response. I then sent in some photos of the broken water heater so I could get a quote. I was amazed to receive a full and detailed quote (costs, arrival time, and a description of the job) within just 20 minutes.

The following morning, our plumber Ryan came over to repair our water heater. He was friendly and efficient, making everything seem easy. I got the sense that he really cared. Most excitingly, Ryan did an excellent job and I finally got to take a hot shower again!

I was very impressed with Victory Water Heaters, both from a cost and quality of service perspective. I wouldn't use anyone else!

You should definitely use them! They are reliable plumbers who care about your well being more than making money! When my hot water wasn't working they were available to come out & got it fixed very quickly. I got quotes from several places & they had very reasonable prices. After everything was said and done I was very happy. I wouldn't trust anyone else repairing my water heater. I recommend that anyone who is having hot water problems give them a call! They helped me out quickly, I'm sure they will do the same for you!

These guys are not only local, but also some of the best at what they do. My hot water stopped working a while ago, and I had a family friend recommend Benson to me. I can now understand why she said to go with Benson. He's not only timely and honest, he also is amazing at explaining things and goes out of his way to make you comfortable. There's no one else I would trust to get my water heater repaired by. If you're in Concord and want good work at a reasonable price, go here and ask for Benson.

If you are searching for someone to help you out with a water heater repair I would highly recommend using these guys. Their owner is super friendly and seems like he's really involved with the business. He was really informative and gave a great suggestion on going on a different and cheaper route for the repair on my water heater. The guy he sent out was just as great. Thankfully the route I took worked and my hot water was back on! You won't be disappointed if you use these guys!

Ugh! Is there anything worse than waking up in the morning and having NO hot water?? I called Victory and they had two very nice and professional men come right away to save the day. Their 5 star reviews are well earned, I highly recommend.

They really saved me! No hot water and everyone else wouldn't come out because it was later in the evening. Well Marcos made me a priority and said that he would come take a look at my water heater. He would try to repair it but if not he would get me a new water heater the next day. He ended up repairing my water heater and saved me from buying a whole new one! Such a genuine and honest person. I would recommend this great place for any type of water heater work! They can get the job done and get it done right!

Drew was such a cool guy! He helped me get my appointment and everything set up for my water heater. My water heater was just going downhill for a while now and I feel like it was getting less and less hot. It's hard to say though. But anyways, Drew was great. He was a really nice dude and when he came over he was super talkative. I thought it was awesome how fast he repaired it. It made me wish I would've called a lot sooner than just avoiding how bad my water heaters been running. Best water heater people around town!!!
