Ugh! Is there anything worse than waking up in the morning and having NO hot water?? I called Victory and they had two very nice and professional men come right away to save the day. Their 5 star reviews are well earned, I highly recommend.

They really saved me! No hot water and everyone else wouldn't come out because it was later in the evening. Well Marcos made me a priority and said that he would come take a look at my water heater. He would try to repair it but if not he would get me a new water heater the next day. He ended up repairing my water heater and saved me from buying a whole new one! Such a genuine and honest person. I would recommend this great place for any type of water heater work! They can get the job done and get it done right!

Drew was such a cool guy! He helped me get my appointment and everything set up for my water heater. My water heater was just going downhill for a while now and I feel like it was getting less and less hot. It's hard to say though. But anyways, Drew was great. He was a really nice dude and when he came over he was super talkative. I thought it was awesome how fast he repaired it. It made me wish I would've called a lot sooner than just avoiding how bad my water heaters been running. Best water heater people around town!!!

They are a locally owned business who prides themselves in being honest and genuine when it comes to their customers. One of the main reasons I was drawn to them over anyone else was their amazing service. They understand that to have a thriving business they must put the customer first. Their manager and secretary made sure to always call me back when I left them voicemails. They put me in on the schedule even when they technically didn't have any more openings left. Since I was in desperate need of hot water they scheduled me before someone who didn't have as urgent as a job as me. Their plumber repaired our water heater and didn't have any issues turning it back on. I'm so pleased with their work, honest and flexibility they deserve 10 stars.

Chris is honestly the best. They had an one last appointment available on the weekend and they even came over to my place later in the day. They made getting my water heater repaired really easy. Finally, someone who will install tankless water heaters! They installed mine with quality products. The plumber, Ben, did such a fantastic job. You can tell when a company just wants to be in and out and get their money. These guys are different and they really care about their customers.

Dave helped us so much and was the best technician ever! We really needed our hot water back up and running because it's getting so cold out. Because of my busy work schedule, I was unable to meet Dave at the appointment time, but thankfully my boyfriend was able to meet up with him. Dave looked at our water heater for a bit and then gave my boyfriend a few different options on what he could purchase and what we could do. Overall, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and he fixed the heater for a great price!

Marcos and Dave were more than great! They were hardworking men who replaced my water heater with no sweat! They were very professional and cautious about my things when they were moving the water heaters in and out. I had a few technical questions and they were able to answer them in a way I could understand. The water heater I got should last a long time, but in case it doesn't they back up all their work for a certain length of time. Very happy with the great experience. So nice to have hot water again too!!

I was really happy when I got Chris as my technician from this company. He showed up right on time and completed all work In a timely fashion. Thankfully he was able to repair my hot water heater and I didn't have to replace it. Thank goodness!! Couldn't be happier!
