Victory indeed, finding a local plumber who met our expectations and beyond. Thanks, Jason Kepke, owner of Victory Plumbing Sewer & Drain, for answering our call and coming to our rescue. The timing of our worn out kitchen faucet couldn't have come at the worse time to breakdown. It was after 5 o'clock on a Friday, where numerous plumbing businesses were closed + most weren't available on the weekend. This wasn't an emergency repair, so we didn't want to pay a higher cost to bring someone out to our home. There was one local plumber that said he could come out on Monday in the afternoon. Back to searching online, we found Victory, business hours 7 to 7 from M - Sat. It was after 6:30 pm & Jason said he could come out the next morning! He gave us a quick quote over the phone, that was fair & reasonable. Jason came out on Sat., he was prompt, courteous, & very professional. Jason skillfully installed our new kitchen faucet without any added parts or further cost. After Jason finished his work, he suggested we consider installing a new garbage disposal, as he noticed our old one was rusty. Fortunately, we had already purchased a newer one, waiting to install at a later date. We asked if Jason had the time, after he gave us another great price quote, he was able to install the new garbage disposal for us. We feel having Jason come out to rescue our plumbing needs was truly a victory for us. He's now our ""go to plumber,"" highly knowledgeable, skilled, affordable + honest. A local family owned business we can highly recommend, with great service & business hours that met our needs. Read over the other reviews by many satisfied customers, you'll be impressed too!

I have used Jason for a new dishwasher install and a sewer line replacement. Both jobs done quickly and never had an issue. The sewer line was a bit complicated due to the back patio having two 4""slabs poured on top of each other. They had to saw thru both to get to the old asbestosis pipe bend that collapsed after 50 years. He put a proper access lid in the patio that is necessary and was done well. Highly recommend his company

Excellent service, recommended... military discount too! Jason came to the rescue when the Home Depot water heater installer ran away and said he couldn't finish the job. Jason reviewed the work, saw no issues to stop the install and finished what Home Depot couldn't. The next day, the city inspector reivewed the work and had found one discrepancy but Jason returned promptly and remedied the issue with no further problems... passed with flying colors! Thanks, Jason for all your help!

Had to replace my gas line in my house as I developed a gas leak. Gas line was embedded in concrete so took new line over the roof. Got several estimates but Victory seemed the best. Jason was professional & very knowledgeable on everything. He was quick & repair was done in 3 days. Sacto Co was behind on inspections so it took another day. Jason suggested a new water heater as mine was pretty old. So a new one was put in with little disruption.
Jason took care of permits, inspection & installation of new smoke alarms & carbon monoxide sensor. This is the company to use. Great honest service.

Victory Plumbing is the best. Jason & Brian have worked together so long, they do not have to talk very much, they just know what each needs to do next. The 1960's were a decade of their own. Builders put GAS PIPE in concrete slabs for houses, not legal anymore. Well we had a tremendous leak. Dangerous leak, PG&E turned off our gas at the meter.
We called 4 plumbing companies, Victory won the with their no nonsense clean proposal. 10% down toward the total, and Victory does everything, County Permit included. Upgrade to current codes, and replace hot water heater, had to remove it anyway.

We needed a speedy installation of a new 60 foot water service line and Victory Plumbing came through. The price was reasonable and the communication throughout the process was incredible. Jason was able to problem solve when issues arose and coordinated with the water district to have them put in a new valve to connect the service line. I would highly recommend!!!

We had to replace a sewer line and our neighbor's recommended Victory Plumbing. Jason was reliable, friendly and competent. They got the job done in record time with absolutely no issues. When our next problem arose, I had Victory on speed dial, they came out promptly and fixed it. We have just taken them on to do a bathroom demo and I am worry free about it thanks to Jason and his crew. Support this local family business, they will not disappoint. These guys are amazing!

One day I went to go out to the backyard and saw these two Men starring at me from the property behind us. I had just moved into the house about a week prior so yes, I was startled.
It was Jason from Victory plumbing. He was doing work on a sewer line for that property and informed me that he would have to work in our yard to be able to fix the problem that the neighbors were having behind me. This was going to be a big job with the City involved.
Jason was very informative kept his promise as to what he was going to do and the day and times he would be here. Jason and his crew were very honest on time and did a great job. Aside from the heavy winter rains which held up the job, everything else went great. It ended up that we hired Jason to do some work for us in the end and will certainly call him if the need arises.

Fortunately, I haven't needed Jason's services over the past 3 years. And I've continued to recommend Jason to all my friends.

Recently I had to call Jason out to the house to fix my shower. After calling around for parts, Jason found out that they don't make parts for my old timey shower head. Nonetheless, Jason had the folks at the plumbing supply he uses craft me some new parts. Also, Jason noticed my toilet needed a new ball and flap, and he fixed that while he was there.

Once more, Jason provided excellent service for the fairest price in town. Thankfully he's younger than me, so I'll never need to find another plumber!
