I have now used Victory three times. Jeff is my 'go to'!

The first time used Victory Plumbing I needed a back-up hot water tank that had failed removed. The project required disconnecting and capping the water lines; disconnecting and capping the gas line; capping the exhaust line; and removal and disposal of the tank. Len the Plumber quoted $1100. Jeff was able to complete the job for $450.

Last month, while traveling out of town, my wife called to tell me the hot water tank was leaking. I gave her Jeff's number and asked he to call him, telling him that I would be back in town in early afternoon. Jeff and his apprentice met me at 3:30pm as arranged and replaced my tank within 90 minutes. It was relief to have a professional available for an 'emergency' that I could count upon to show up on time and take care of the problem immediately.

Two days ago, Jeff came out and was able to quickly diagnose and repair a small gas line leak on my fireplace within a very short period of time. His work is always neat ,efficient, and reasonably priced. Lastly, when you call the number, Jeff is the person that answers... and he always answers his phone unless both hands are in a project at that moment.

Victory plumbing-Jeff was so professional, knowledgeable, efficient and honest! We have used Victory I believe already 3 times and each time has been fantastic! 1st was for our extra bathroom in the basement septic tank pump, 2nd time was for our master bedroom faucet handle leak, and just recently our kitchen sink pipe leak. He doesn't try to up sell you more than what you actually need and is honest in his work and what needs to be done. His Prices are very fair for the work he puts in. I highly highly recommend Jeff-victory plumbing for all your plumbing needs. We even asked Jeff about our needs for the house like water tank and a little water leak we notice when it rains really hard. All the time we been here (almost 10 yrs) no other plumber has been honest with us. They wanted 5-7k to drill and put up a wall barrier to block water coming into our house to so many other stuff they said we should do. And when Jeff-Victory plumbing came in gave us an answer what was the cause of water puddle in our basement. He saved us a lot of headache, money, and just trust in general in people. Anyways wanted everyone to know you can trust Jeff-Victory plumbing's work. We will definitely call Victory plumbing again for our plumbing needs. I wish I had taken before and after for you to see.

They saved our lives! We had a leak and had no idea. Our sump pump was running every two minutes. Jeff came in and was professional and compassionate and competent! It was a BIG JOB but the work was completed and fixed well. So grateful. This company is it. Found our new plumber.

Called several plumbers and Victory was by far the best! They were responsive to my initial call for a leaky spigot, calling me back in less than five minutes. They were flexible with my work schedule and arrived on time. The work was completed in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable.
