Victory Plumbing (Steven) was hired to replace our hot water heater in The Preserve South County Commons. ...Steven was fantastic. Not only did he consult on what we need, he gave us guidance on the suggested unit. He installed the new unit and removed the old unit. His work was especially noticeable in the way he plumbed and connected the needed parts. They are uniform to the utility room and look like a true professional installation. I called about a leak in my basement and Steven came to assess immediately. He quickly found that the issue was with the supply line to my toilet. Steven replaced all parts, and even addressed issues under my kitchen sink, even though that wasn't why I called. His work was very neat and his demeanor was professional. He seems to really care about his craft, and was very efficient and proficient. I will surely be using and recommending him for all future issues and projects!
