Recommended Customer Reviews

Terrible customer service. People are burnt out and clearly unhappy with life, therefore providing a low quality job. Take your money to folks who are accommodating and respectful.

Just got off the phone with them and they don't know what they put on their website or their LinkedIn page. So I called asking for a specific plumber listed on their page and not only does he not work there, they don even know who he is. HES ON THEIR BUSINESS SITE PAGE. Also, their website shows they do residential. THEY DONT. they weren't rude or anything, they just give the impression they don't update their stuff.

There is a very good reason this company has so many bad reviews. They go out of there way to not cover anything and blame their mistakes on other contractors. The worst part is they lie about what they will cover and won't cover. BE VERY CAREFUL when working with this company. Their service manager is an absolute nightmare to work with.

Kimberly, the service representative that I spoke with on the phone was incredibly unprofessional. She interrupted me numerous times and blamed me for a scheduling error that was not on me. She either hates her job or has no business being in customer service. Will NEVER use them again if I have a choice. Would NOT recommend.

I'm updating my experience from 1 to 4 stars because:
(a) Kimberly in Customer Service did her job well by following up when she said she would, with professionalism and courtesy. Thank you, Kimberly!
(b) Lee arrived early and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. THANK YOU to Lee for your helpful knowledge, quick expertise, and professionalism.
If anyone from Victory is listening: REPLACE YOUR PHONE STAFF ASAP.
They're awful. Just AWFUL. Before anyone from your company has a chance to make things right, your phone staff on the receiving end makes things worse. Seriously. Get rid of them. They're doing you a disservice. April was particularly terrible.

[original review]
Despite having a 24-hour/emergency phone number to call when things like water heaters break, they did not answer or respond at all within 12 hours.
So I called first thing this morning, only to be interrupted and transferred abruptly by the phone operator. Once my call was answered by someone in Service, she confirmed they'd received my message from last night and had an "open" ticket for today.
"Open" means there's no time slot scheduled for service throughout the day, so they said they will just have to call me when/if they're able to come out. Since I'm not psychic, I had no way of knowing any of that without taking time out of my day to call and follow up. Meanwhile, I still have no hot water.
I'll update this review and rating if Victory does anything that changes my experience -- for better or worse.

Victory Plumbing installed all of my plumbing and I just called for service and they told me they are only doing warranty work and new construction. Now I have to find a new plumber.

Do you not hired this company! You will regret it!This company is the worst customer service company ever to be. They will tell you that you were scheduled for the day but no one will bother you to tell you a time. And if the service guy is running late it doesn't matter because you'll be sitting at your home wondering where they are and calling the company at 4:30 PM asking where the guy is only to find out that he still working on another job. Not worth the effort to do any business with this company . They get no stars for poor customer service and lousy scheduling. They don't believe in courtesy calls to give you a heads up. Total waste of day.

Just called to ask a question and the receptionist seemed annoyed and jaded. She asked how she may direct my call and while I was speaking, cut me off, and put me on hold. They're not getting my business with that kind of customer service.

I have a new construction home built in 2016 and Victory did the plumbing. They did warranty work in the first year. Once with my Delta Touchless kitchen sink faucet and once with a loose showerhead pipe that wasn't properly secured behind the wall. However, once the 1 year warranty expired they do not come out to fix anything (even though I am willing to pay) because they are so focused on their new construction contracts they don't waste their time with the individual customer like myself. My sink faucet is having problems again with the solenoid switch and they won't even send someone out to reset it. They do not care about customers once their warranty is expired.

Outstanding, attentive, and very professional. Would you recommend to any custom, volume or commercial contractor.
