Victory Plumbing was used for our Taylor Morrison home, so I've been forced to use them to resolve a heating issue that's come up shortly after we moved in. Our home is currently without heat because there is a blockage in our gas line. Apparently, insulation somehow found its way into the line? I spoke to Kimberley at the front desk and let her know I am 6 months pregnant and do not have heat in 40 degree weather because of the line issue. She was very rude and not sympathetic to my situation at all. I am now having to wait 24 hours for another technician to come out to resolve the issue. Again, I am 6 months pregnant and will be without heat in 40 degree weather due to an issue Victory Plumbing caused.

Garbage disposal was leaking and this company was used by my builder . Butch came out and fixed the problem and gave me some tips/instructions on use and maintenance which I appreciated . He was knowledgeable and respectful

The word "Victory" is defined as the defeat of an enemy or opponent. Perhaps their brand is an accurate representation who they really are: a company that treats their customer as an opponent/enemy. Called and was told that they do not do residential, only commercial and new build. From all their poor ratings, perhaps they need to hire a new marketing manager to rebuild their questionable image/brand and address their online presence as a "Residential & Commercial Plumbing Services, 24/7" company:

We purchased a home from KB Homes in the Presidential Meadows area. Victory Plumbing was the company who installed the Rheem water heater. 4 months after we moved into our homes we have been having issues with the water heater. We were told by KB to contact Victory Plumbing for the issues. Victory has been out over 4 times already to change some sensors and the issue has not been fixed. Last Monday the technician with Victory went out and he saw how frustrated I was with the issue nor getting fixed. He contacted the Rheem local representative and the tech from Victory was told by the tech not to switch the sensor that was sent last. Rheem said if the issue continues he committed to replacing the water heater. Today I spoke to Kimberly at Victory who was of no help. I asked to speak to her supervisor and spoke to some Jim guy who did not even let me explain the situation and went off trying to lecture me like I was stupid. I did say a cuss word (which I apologize) and hung up on him. He was no help and didn't even give me 15 seconds to say my part. He just told me he was going to hand up the phone. This company is a waste of time, no help and throw the blame around and tell you that they "don't call the shots" on the product. Take your business else where. They just take your money and don't do good on their warranties or keep their word.

Just got off the phone with them and they don't know what they put on their website or their LinkedIn page. So I called asking for a specific plumber listed on their page and not only does he not work there, they don even know who he is. HES ON THEIR BUSINESS SITE PAGE. Also, their website shows they do residential. THEY DONT. they weren't rude or anything, they just give the impression they don't update their stuff.

There is a very good reason this company has so many bad reviews. They go out of there way to not cover anything and blame their mistakes on other contractors. The worst part is they lie about what they will cover and won't cover. BE VERY CAREFUL when working with this company. Their service manager is an absolute nightmare to work with.

Kimberly, the service representative that I spoke with on the phone was incredibly unprofessional. She interrupted me numerous times and blamed me for a scheduling error that was not on me. She either hates her job or has no business being in customer service. Will NEVER use them again if I have a choice. Would NOT recommend.
