Me & my husband thought they did super great! Their employees were both very nice. My husband called in for the appointment & I let the plumber in, & they got our garbage disposal running again! It was starting to smell soooooooo bad! I highly recommend this company!

I just had to give them 5 stars because they totally deserve it! Not having hot water is so inconvenient and doesn't give you many options other than taking cold showers. I was really worried that I wouldn't be able to get anyone to come to my place on a Sunday evening. If I was able to get them to come out on a Sunday were they going to charge me more than double to do so? Thankfully they came out Sunday night and didn't charge me a dime extra to do so! Their plumber texted me before coming over. I was coming home from something and was worried that I wouldn't get there before him and he let me know it wasn't a big deal at all and he didn't mind waiting! Thankfully he was only waiting a few minutes by the time I got there but I was still so appreciative that he was so cool about the situation! He repaired my water heater and asked if I wanted him or needed him to do anything else since he didn't have much else going on. I politely said no but wow what a nice offer! I will always think the world of such a great company and will make sure people know about the great service they give!

They did awesome work! Mike was a really good technician and unclogged my shower drain and sinks in hardly anytime at all. He also gave a few suggestions of ways to prevent clogging so it didn't happen again. They were able to work me into the schedule quickly too. Their pricing is a little high but the customer service is well worth it!

I have recently moved to Twin Peaks from NYC, I had no idea who to call when I had my first major plumbing incident in my new home. My sink was leaking and smelled terrible. My faucet was splashing water from the knobs. To make things worse, my toilet handle would stay down whenever I flushed it and keep wasting water. I would have to manually lift up the porcelain cover on my seat and lift up the metal to stop it from gushing water. Thankfully,
My landlord recommended Victory Plumbing, mentioning that their staff member Travis was a wizard at multi repair jobs and could fix all my issues in one day.
It was true!!!
After one day, in almost no time whatsoever, my sink stopped leaking, my toilet now flushes normally and the smell from my sink drain was resolved with just a few zesty lemon balls.
Now I can use my bathroom in peace!

I was babysitting my nephew who had just been potty trained. I finally let him go to the bathroom on his own and realized after awhile he had been in the bathroom for some time. When I called to check on him he flushed the toilet and came out. I took him to wash his hands and behold my toilet is over flowing! Turns out he was putting my small stones I have as decoration in the toilet. It was the weekend and I couldn't get ahold of manager til the weekday. I called these guys and they were pretty quick. pricing was reasonable on such short notice as well! I would never call a different company due to my experience with them.

These guys are by far the best plumbers out there. I needed a new bath tub faucet installed. Bobby came out and was so knowledgeable and explained everything I asked him with patience and understanding. Not only did he do an amazing job installing everything and cleaning everything up but the price was really fair. Bobby was honest, kind, and hard working. I was really impressed with him. So my little cousin thought it'd be a fun science experiment to see what would happen if he flushed the toilet paper roll down the toilet during a recent family gathering. Needless to say the results were a flooded bathroom and a clogged toilet that could not be unclogged with a plunger. I asked a friend for a recommendation and she told me to call Victory Plumbing. Couldn't have asked for a better suggestion! The plumber, Mike, arrived right on time, got right to work, and fixed the problem in a snap. Professional, skilled, and personable to boot. First of all, I would like to say that I would never use another plumbing company other than the Victory Plumbing. You could say that I am spoiled, but every time I have used this company, the experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. Scott and Bobby are top-notch, professional plumbers, focused on their job, yet friendly and respectful. They completed their job in the estimated time and at the estimated price. We subsequently discovered an issue with the bathroom toilet, and Bobby returned (a day ahead of schedule!) to address the issue. This company is the best company I have ever dealt with! From the moment you call the office to the time the job is done, you can be assured that their commitment to excellence will provide the best experience possible. Highly recommended!
