We loved the professional and excellent job Ron did. He fixed a rodding job that a different plumber messed up. Ron finished the work and even.cleaned up the mess the other plumber left. Ron quoted me a price for a water heater. The price was the least expensive for a gas heater, plus his 10% off coupon made it an excellent deal. When I called back for the delivery appointment, Ron said my price was actually for an electric heater, not gas (which is much more $$$). He stood by his original quote and did the installation, adding my requested drain valve upgrade and drip pan with PVP pipe overflow, custom built. All this for the original quote, with no extra cost! Hard to find a good, HONEST plumber nowadays. Thank you, Ron!

Ron at Victory Plumbing does excellent work--yes, the FIRST time. I've been less than fully satisfied with other plumbers, but Victory Plumbing provided quality work at a reasonable cost. Along with installing a disposal, a faucet, and new drains, Ron also capped an old loop vent and added a new vent to accommodate the new components. He was kind, polite, and professional (e.g. cleaned his workspace and gave me good tips on product care). I look forward to working with Victory and Ron again.
