Shouldn't be called HVAC business. A polite person answered the phone when I called & I said I needed routine oil burner / boiler maintenance and I was told, ""We don't do boiler maintenance. Try asking whoever you buy oil from."" I CONFIRMED that I had the right number. They must like A/C work but no sign of why they have ""heating"" in the name. Put them in some other category. Waste of time if you want heating / hot water service.

Feeling frustrated with this company. Purchased a Mitsubishi ductless Heating & AC unit from them about 2 years back. Been running fine till this summer, and the unit constantly shuts down at least once a week. A service lady came out the first time and said she had tighten a lose hose and was running fine Two days later, the unit died again. I called the office and they said they will need to order a computer board to replace, and I won't be charged because it's under warranty. They came and replaced the new board, but it still died within two days again. Now the kicker is that this time I have to pay @$824 for a 2nd computer board replacement, ""not under warranty due to power outage/blackout!""
Sidenote: the electrical system at my home has not be altered, added or changed in anyway since the unit was installed.

I suspect they are trying to squirm themselves out of this situation by passing the buck to the customer, instead of facing the reality that the ""Mitsubishi unit"" could be a piece of crap! Stand behind the product your selling, either fix it or replace the whole entire unit. Don't blame it on something else to make an extra buck.

This is an update to my prev review. Victory did send the check (still was 3 months late) but they sent it to the wrong address. The address i told them specifically NOT to send it to. So they did send the check and this is finally resolved. Trying them again for my central AC this week. Will write a review after that visit. Hoping it will be good!

Called because my wife and I are interested in getting a propane powered tankless water heater to save some money. I already called my oil company and another private company to get quotes on the appliance as well as the cost of installation. These guys were close and had pretty good ratings so I gave them a call. the website says ""Schedule service or get a FREE QUOTE"". That however is a lie. When I spoke to the sales department, they stated that having someone come out to give me a quote on the work would cost $99. Huh? what happened to the free quote? ""well, if you decide to go with us we have the ability to waive the fee"". So if you're like $500 more expensive than someone offering the same service, I either go with you or lose $100? Sorry Victory but that's garbage. Maybe you got burnt by some people just trying to use you for a quote to lowball someone else, but this policy is ridiculous. pic of the website for proof. I have never and will never give my business to a company that charges for estimates.

Poor, poor service! We had a tech come out 3 X to repair a leak in kitchen ceiling dripping down from upstairs bathroom. They took apart toilet & shower faucets and couldn't figure out the exact issue. We were charged several hundred $ each time and STILL leaking! Finally had our condo maintenance ""handyman"" come out to repair and noticed a crack in pipe under the toilet. He fixed but we had to pay again!

Hard to review the company. Since I did not receive any services from them. Of course it was not for lack of trying. Had no heat or hot water on Sunday. Called them for an ""emergency "" service. Was told. They ""might"". Be able to fit us in But most likely would have to wait until Monday. So much for emergency service!

Scheduled a home repair and the service person never showed. I called the company and was xferred to a voicemail. Called back and told them they were a good company but now they are not. A few min later someone called my cell and just started talking. When she paused I started explaining what happened she just started speaking over me and wouldn't listen. Ended up hanging up.

I received a phone call from someone stating they were a manager.
The person said they read my post on google and would like to fix the issue. He further stated he would like to send his best tech the next day. I agreed.
The ""Best"" tech showed right on time. He provided a quote of almost $900. Hmmm. Good thing I had another company already scheduled to come out and give me a quote. That company provided a quote of $300.00. Of course I got my heating unit fixed by the other company.

so you be the judge on what you think just happened to me and if you want to deal with this company in the future or not. I personally will not.

Our hydro-air unit died leaving us with no AC in the middle of the hottest summer I can remember. Lovely. We got a few quotes for a new system and decided to go with Victory. Jim came right out to our home and got us a quote that day. He took the time to explain all the various options and didn't try to upsell anything. He was respectful and friendly.

The scheduler Jen knew that we didn't have AC, so when an earlier spot opened up, she got us on the schedule even earlier than anticipated. It was WELL appreciated during a heat wave!

The installation team was fantastic! They worked in our attic during one of the hottest days of the year without complaint. They were polite, clean, well spoken, and worked hard to get our system running. They clearly knew what they were doing and worked well as a team to get us cooled off. We previously had another company do some work on our old system and they left our attic a mess. Victory was clean and professional, exactly what you would hope for.

We couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism we received from a great company. Highly recommend and will be using in the future for any other HVAC needs!

I would give them 10 stars if I could! When I originally worked with them my contact person was Kitty (She has since retired) one of the sweetest funniest people on the planet but wow! Honestly, first impression was: ""These people are busy, is this really the soonest they could help me"". Later on, I realized they are busy cause they're the best in the area. Keep it up, guys.
