I don't recommend them. The technician who came to snake our lines was exceptional. He did a fantastic job. My issue lies with their customer service.

I sent them an email and received no reply. After that, I called to set up an appointment for the next day. That night, I requested emergency service, and it was prompt.

As I talked to the dispatcher, I was not pleased with their service. My frustration was not directed at the technician performing the task. They subsequently canceled my appointment, stating it was an error.

In the end, my experience made me wary of their customer support. I will not return as a customer.

The service provider needs to improve their customer service to match the quality of their technicians.

I had my sewer line separate last year. The area where they dug is now extremely mushy. When I step there, I sink into the ground.

My son-in-law mentioned that they probably did not pack down the dirt properly. He noted that the snow should help with compaction, yet it hasn't improved.

I contacted them several times after they cut the pipe connected to my sump pump. They repaired it with black tape, which looks very unpleasant. Given that the pipe is white, the black tape is particularly jarring. I did not get any response.

I am very displeased. The entire repair ended up costing me more than $9,000. This experience with Victory Drain Cleaning has been frustrating.

There was a major clog in my toilet and needed to call an emergency service. I communicated with Daniel, who at first appeared friendly and empathetic. He arranged for a technician who showed up in about half an hour.

The plumber who arrived did not introduce himself and seemed quite distant. He came inside, failed to take off his filthy shoes, and in less than 10 minutes was done with the problem, which I thought was odd. He promised me that all was well and that there shouldn't be any more problems. I believed him.

Within two days, I saw that the toilet was showing the same issues as it did before I called. I didn't think much of it, because I trusted what the plumber had told me. Just a week later, my toilet was extremely clogged and even worse than ever! I reached out to Daniel again, who informed me he would call me back and did not call me back. He was quite rude! This company is a complete joke and a total rip-off! Horrible, horrible business! Avoid these people! It goes without saying, my toilet was not fixed like the plumber assured me and I lost $500! Moreover, the plumber scratched up the bottom of the toilet. I must contact a different company to fix what the previous plumber failed to fix! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE unless you want to be duped out of your money!!!

I contacted the company repeatedly to get the video of the defective drain, but they did not provide it to us.

Even though I settled the bill promptly, I cannot recommend Victory Drain Cleaning to anyone.

In my opinion, the lack of follow-through on commitments is disappointing.

Despite I paid promptly, I would definitely not recommend Victory Drain Cleaning to others.
