Tenants called about a blocked pipe over the weekend and had a plumber come out to investigate. That plumber told me he thought I needed a full drainage line replacement and that it wasn't possible to flush the line due to corrosion. Suspicious, I called Victor at Victor's rooter who agreed that the first plumber's assessment seemed suspect. Victor is the owner and came out to the property himself along with a team member the following day. They inspected the pipes, found them to be in good condition and identified a singular clog. He informed me there was nothing wrong with the drain pipe itself, and that it only needed some strapping to adjust the angle to keep sludge from building up. They hydrojetted the lines to clear the blockage and offered me very competitive pricing to boot. So happy to have found an honest plumber to go to in the future and have the piece of mind knowing I'm not being gouged for unnecessary repairs!

I've used Victor's plumbing on two occasions. Victor is prompt and courteous and arrived on time for both calls. I had roots in my sewer line from our avocado trees. Victor efficiently hydro-jetted away the roots and then showed me the camera views of the inside of the sewer line to confirm everything had been cleaned out. He price was more than fair and I will gladly use his service again when needed.

On the second call Victor showed up to inspect our interior drains for potential clogs. He determined that we didn't need to clean the drains and did not charge for his service call. Thank you Victor! Highly recommended!

When I called Victor's Rooter & Plumbing, the owner Victor told me that all of his technicians were busy and booked until Monday, but he jumped on a FaceTime call with me to try and talk me through the fix. When my lack of know-how left us nowhere, Victor (who was enjoying his weekend w his family) came over to my house himself and fixed the entire problem in no time and for a very competitive rate. While he was here, Victor wore a mask and was as courteous and helpful as you could imagine. I cannot overstate my satisfaction with this business, or my appreciation for the character of the owner. Had a problem with my toilet leaking. Called and they asked for a picture of the toilet. They suggested a few things to try without coming out to my house or charging me anything. Was able to fix on my own with a couple of text messages. No charge!! They could have easily just come out and charged me a hundred bucks.
