My flood sensor went off under the sink while my dishwasher was running. Called Victor plumbing (as recommended by my Realtor) and got a same day appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a clogged dishwasher waste tube and recommend replacing the air gap. He completed the job quickly and left the work area spotless. He also charged a reasonable amount for the work performed.

The toilet was not flushing and was causing backflow into the shower. This is at a rental house and I do not live in the area. My property manager recommended Victor's Plumbing. Victor came out within several hours to address the issue. He was there for about 3 hours to resolve this. He had to snake down to the main sewer line to remove the roots that clogged the line. Fast, efficient, professional! I am so appreciative that he came so quickly and was able to fix this. That is top notch service!!

Arturo arrived in a fully stocked truck. Confidently & respectfully entered & proceeded, along with tools on two wheels.

Needed to have plumbing work done quickly and professionally. We are new to the area and a bit of panic hit.
Victor came recommended from local real estate agent.
They fixed our flooding water main break within an hour of the call.
Needless to say , they were our call for a toilet fix and later replacement. Install had challenges beyond their control. They had no complaints, just figured it out and completed job perfectly.
Also later needed water heaters replacement ( had 20 yr old tanks) . Came quickly again. Completed both quickly and without issue.
New to area but pricing seemed very fair.

Came to check our clogged toilet, ran the faucet a bit and said it was fine after I said water had been seeping from under the toilet and that shower was not draining. Didn't once recommend putting a new wax ring and said there were no problems with toilet because it was flushing normally in the moment. He left and within next week, problem happened again and was worse. Still charged for visit, next time will go to someone more experienced.

He is reasonably priced, very professional, always on time and very very funny. Just ask him about TECOLOTE the horse/mule from hell he met on one of his vacation trips.
