They replaced our boiler system about 10 years ago with good results but in the last five years they have been terrible in responding to requests. Several times over the last few years we've tried to get them back to look at our boiler system, and or some other plumbing problem, and they never give us a call back - even after leaving several messages. When I did actually talk to someone last week she said they were booked up to 3 weeks out because of the holiday season(huh?). We think they mostly like to do new construction...or maybe their screener doesn't relay messages.
