Victor put together a crew to renovate the kitchen in my 1910 house, and they were very skillful dealing with all of the issues that arose. Start to finish, it was 3 weeks which included installing new drywall in the main part of the kitchen, patching holes in concrete, putting down wood to smooth out the subfloor that had previously had tile on it, along with installing cabinets, sink, dishwasher, and utility sink. He also recommended an excellent electrician to do that work. I could not be more pleased. (Note: we didn't move any plumbing or gas lines, just re-used them where they were already.)

This review is a little overdue (one year, where does the time go?). I was getting ready to sell my house and needed lots of small things done. I was so lucky to find Victor! He is a pleasure to be around; calm, thoughtful and efficient. He came two or three times and fixed everything professionally and figured out solutions when needed. After I moved to another state, during the time my house was for sale, I found I needed more smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors installed and he came over and did that for me. A truly good person. A plus for me as I get headaches from fragrances was that he doesn't use strong scented products -- like Axe body spray! so my house didn't smell for two days after he left. Thanks Victor! You helped make my move easier.
