Never came back to finish the job. On two different occasions I made myself available for him and one of his painters to show up. Never did! Not once did he apologize for wasting my day waiting for someone to show up. Not very friendly...would never recommend him to anybody! My husband already paid him but I'll just take the lost before I have him do another thing to my house. What a disappointment!

We needed someone to install a screen door. The door needed to be cut in order to fit the frame. Victor was able to do it all for us. Also he was the best and fairest price out of 6 estimates. Additionally, he kept his appointment time. What impressed us the most was that he cleaned up all the mess that was created due to trimming the door. He swept and used the water hose to wash down the debris. I thought the job was completed quickly as well. I would use Victor again. Side note: It seemed more like Victor was a friend coming to help rather than a handy man. Some may find this quality inviting. Great job and nicely done.

Victor was able to squeeze in some time the next day for me. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my front door, ran out got new hinges, came back and fixed my door and also adjusted my screen door. He was polite, quick, and reasonably priced. I will definitely call him again and recommend to my friends and neighbors.

Victor is a good handyman and he is a pleasure to talk to as well. We ran into a problem when he used a man who works for him to do some of the work I needed done and it was a disaster, but Victor fired the guy and came over and fixed it. As long as Victor does the work, expect it to be perfectly done.

Victor's positive reviews motivated me to call. We needed a faucet replaced. Victor came over, checked it out, went to Home Depot to get the appropriate faucet and installed it. He was very pleasant to deal with and had a great attitude. He answered other questions I had about other things in my house. This was a very positive experience and I will not hesitate calling him again.

I hired Victor to install a security door. He did a great job. He was very reasonably priced. He charged about half of what Lowes would charge for basic installation. I will definitely use Victor again!

I found Victor on yelp and he is the first handyman who responded to my request. I am out of his service area, but he still came to help us install a pet door on our metal garage door and replace the kitchen faucet. He is pleasant and professional. He did both work within one hour and even drove to nearby Lowe's to buy me the faucet adapter,. I thought he would charge me more for the trip and parts, but it turned out that he charged me exact the same as he quoted me on the phone before arrival. It is just too bad that we live out of his service area, but I HIGHLY recommend Victor to anyone who needs a good, honest, and professional handyman!! Nowadays, it is definitely hard to find a handyman who is willing to work on small household projects!!

Victor is top notch. Had him come over to install a new bathroom exhaust fan as it wasn't a direct swap, I hate crawling in attics because I'm too big, and there was some electrical work involved. Victor arrived on time, got right to work and within just a few minutes was well into the project. Not only did Victor get the fan installed perfectly, he even rewired a few things for me and changed out a faulty breaker. Victor was very professional, enjoyed taking shop with him and will have him back for more work when needed.

I had a really tricky electrical problem - I was having nightmare visions of holes in the walls & large scale electrical rewiring - he figured out the problem & fixed it with no damage. I made an appointment with him to do further work & will do so in the future as well. REALLY - THIS IS THE PERSON YOU WANT!
